I really enjoy Dutch Brothers. Having been to multiple locations across the United States, they do a very good job. I have been to multiple drive-thus, and am super impressed at the enthusiasm and caring of the staff that work there. There. Young, vibrant, and excited team members make the drive-thru experience really nice. Honestly? The energy is so high. I'm assuming they do coffee shots between customers. This particular Dutch Brothers was right next to the hotel I was staying at so I walked across the street to grab some morning coffee. The first thing I noticed was the parking lot had all these blue dividers. At first I thought this was some sort of compact car drifting course, only to discover this is the way that they manage the traffic going to Dutch Brothers. That alone should tell you about the popularity of this place. I chose to do the walk-up window, and was greeted within moments by young guy that took my order. Very friendly. Very fun, and chatty. Really made the experience. Awesome. I ordered a cold vanilla latte and a poppy seed lemon muffin top. My order was up in less less than 3 minutes, again, completely impressed. Bottom line? I have never been to a Dutch Brothers that did me wrong. Everything about this is a five-star event. 01/18/26 Sunday Stopped by around 10 AM and there was only one party before us. Friendly and helpful staff. I ordered a seasonal protein coffee, Maple Waffle, but then saw the Annihilator (with artificial sweetener) and they let me switch over to that. She even said I can keep the soft top (which costs extra). I also did light ice. My drink came out within 5 minutes of ordering, very impressive. This was my first time at Dutch Bros. You get a free medium drink when you download and use the app. The medium is still pretty big. The taste wasn't the best initially, probably since I did protein style + artificial sweetener (very healthy), but it grew on me. The soft top helped. Also, it was super filling. It kept me full for a few hours. I'll probably do normal sugar but less sweet next time. Or perhaps no sweetener at all and try the protein style unsweetened latte. If you haven't had Dutch Bros, I suggest you give it a try. There are moments that the long drive thru lines may discourage you but it actually goes pretty quickly like an In N Out or Raising Canes drive thru line. The staff is very friendly and work very quickly. My favorite drink is a Double Rainbow black tea. Why you might ask? As a tea drinker, I love the strawberry, coconut mix. It was okay. I pulled up and was greeted quickly. I shared that it was my first time there and she gave recommendations. I recalled I like their crazy sweet drinks! :) I decided for the first time and went with the cold brew with hazelnut.... I'm trying to watch my sugar intake. Unfortunately, it was full of iced and really watered down and lacked flavor. I asked Melissa (who was super nice about it without making me feel uncomfortable) for a redo, and she recommended the Golden Eagle drink instead of the cold brew -- much better to add cold foam! Way more balanced and can actually taste coffee. I didn't take picture of my new drink . :(( Not the best start, but glad it ended on a better note so worth the drive out to Fountain Valley. BAD: I go to this location often and even if they have a black tape pole to mark the line by the walk up window, people don't follow it. It is not enforced. Today, I went up to the walk up window. I politely asked a group of people (2 girls and 1 guy - possible Charlie XCX fans because of a shirt) if they were in line. They said yes and I stood behind them. I asked them later if they could ask the other group in front of them (2 girls) to move up since there was a gap in the line. 1 of the girls in the group in front of me didn't want to. I then asked the group in front of them and they obliged. Then, the other girl in the group in front of me GOT VERBALLY VIOLENT and said "If you don't like where you're standing, go back to your car". The other girl, then, had to calm her friend down. IF I WAS AN EMPLOYEE HERE, I WOULD HAVE BEEN MAD SEEING THAT AND WOULD TELL THEM TO LEAVE RATHER THAN TAKE THEIR ORDER. VIOLENCE, PHYSICAL OR VERBAL, BETWEEN CUSTOMERS SHOULD NEVER BE TOLERATED. I recommend everyone to practice this if you're waiting in line at a Dutch Bro (in person or drive thru), "Politeness - Respect of Others." I absolutely love Dutch Bros and have been enjoying their espresso concoctions since I first discovered them decades ago in Grants Pass, Oregon where some of my family lives and where this coffee drink company originated. They've recently started to expand in California and I found myself near this location while on a work assignment so stopped in. Dutch Bros doesn't have indoor seating, you either go to their walk-up window or put your car in one of two drive-thru lines. As I pulled into the line there was a chipper young fellow who took my order on his iPad and when asked, told me the time for me to get to the pickup window would be 20-25 minutes (about a minute per car). This is pretty typical of any Dutch Bros I've been to - this is not the best place to come if you're in a hurry; it's quite popular! I ordered The Kicker, an iced breve with bold espresso and Irish cream syrup. When I got to be the second car from the window, someone came out of the building with my drink and handed it to me. I guess mine got finished before the car ahead of me. In another minute the car in front of me got their order and we were both on our way. This Kicker seemed to have an overabundance of ice and an underabundance of Irish cream syrup compared to other locations where I've purchased this drink. It was still a superb coffee drink, just a notch (or star) below what I was expecting based on Kickers I've had in the past. read more

I've only ever been to the Dutch Bros in Vegas so I was so excited that TWO locations opened up in the area. I found myself at this location since it's right near the freeway. I ordered an Iced Golden Eagle for my husband and some type of chocolate banana with cold foam that I found in another Yelp review that said it was delicious. Drinks were good and similar quality to what I remember the Vegas location to be. This Dutch Bros is located in a spot with lots of parking, and it seems to have a good drive-thru situation going on from what I saw. We ordered the Golden Eagle iced with oat milk and caramel lining the cup and a Caramelizer blended. Both drinks 10/10 The Golden Eagle had hints of caramel and vanilla flavors and is sweet but still tasted coffee. The blended Caramelizer was blended so well that the consistency was almost like a slush and it was more sweet than the Golden Eagle and still delicious. I wish there was a Dutch Bros near me! I would go here all the time. None in LA right now, so I stop into Dutch on my OC days. This one is right off the 405 with a large parking lot next to an absurdly expensive car wash. There is a drive-up window OR you park like I do and walk to the "walk-up" window and order and it is delivered fast to the same window--they call your name. When I was standing and waiting for my coffee I saw the staff singing and laughing and having a great time making coffee--it's a unique atmosphere here and a fun place to work it seems. And the employees here are very friendly and chatty. There is no inside seating. If you forget your significant other's birthday or anniversary and get thrown out of the house--you will have to go to Starbucks and sit by yourself until you can figure things out. Or you can come to Dutch and sit in your car and call friends and see if they have any suggestions? Don't forget to install the APP to get points, discount offers, and your first coffee free! This time here I got a black coffee--my usual in coffee places. I would honestly tell you that it's much better than Starbucks black coffee, but not at good as most Peet's Dark Roast. I've made multiple trips to Dutch Bros since my friend started posting her favorite drink. I've enjoyed all the drinks that I have tried. My last order was through the app and I asked the cashier if it was ready and he said it was not, so I looked at the cart since I know that's where they keep them. Either incompetence or he just didn't like me and I asked about my drink 20 minutes later and there it was sitting on the cart ready for at least 15 minutes.
