I was so excited to see this place in the middle of nowhere. The building looked like a cute house with a front porch. The inside was bright and airy. The clerk had a dry sense of humor but seemed genuine. The woman making the drinks lacked any smile or friendliness. I ordered a lemon loaf and a skin grande caramel macchiato cold with no ice. It came to about $15. I was a little surprised but was told that the process I pay out in the middle of nowhere. The lemon loaf tasted like what I expected, probably because they are premade and distributed to the stores. The coffee drink tasted very odd, either like the milk was bad or there was a peppermint shot in it. I wasn't sure but the cashier offered to have it remade. I tried again, only hot with whole milk this time. It still tasted bad, and I couldn't figure out why. It didn't taste fresh. I would only stop in if I needed a $6 lemon loaf. read more

This is a perfect stop if you're driving from Vegas to Phoenix or The Grand Canyon! It's the last Starbucks you'll see for quite a while, so it's worth stopping if you want good coffee for the road. The store was very clean, and the customer service was excellent. The barista who took our order was super friendly and even asked about our trip. I ordered the Pecan Oatmilk Latte, which was delicious. At about $10, it's a little pricey, but definitely worth it for a quality drink to keep you going on a long drive. read more

I'm convinced this is the priciest Starbucks outside of the Las Vegas Strip. Haven't seen these prices anywhere else in the world. A tall hazelnut oat milk iced coffee will run you over $8. I totally get why the prices are high though because you're in the middle of nowhere and there's n little coffee options for hundreds of miles in either direction. It's a really nice Starbucks, but no drive-thru option which is insane to me because this is a transient place and not a residential area. read more

The five stars are for the incredible service. Over the last year I have stopped by this locations a few times, lack luster results, as I have a few gift cards I wanted to use. This week I stopped again and was greeted with the biggest smile I have seen in a long time. The Barista, I think her name was Joycelyn and have not seen here at this location, gave us a warm greeting and that great smile as soon as we walked in. I had to look around to make sure I was in the right Starbucks. LOL. She promptly took our order and then was a whirl wind in putting it together. Wow! What a difference one employee can make when it comes to a customer facing business that uplifts the entire location. I will be back again and really hope she sticks around. What a pleasant surprise to find you on our drive back to Arizona from Las Vegas! Very friendly staff and nice restrooms. My husband went in to the Starbucks with me, even though he is not a fan of their coffee. He discovered a can of sparkling water, flavored with lemon. This is the last coffee shop in Arizona before you enter Vegas. Google maps doesn't really show this on their search. I literally zoomed in the area to locate this Starbucks. I really needed this coffee so I took the chance to go and find out if this Starbucks really existed. To my surprise, this really was a Starbucks. The decor matched the grand canyon area and looked cute more like a desert farmhouse. The interior was so spacious and neat. They did not have a lot of food menu options (as it is in the middle of nowhere) but the drinks tasted the same as any other Starbucks. Service was quick as well. read more

When you order extra, they aren't stingy. The staff are all great! The store and bathroom is always clean. They have parking on the side for vehicles with trailers. This location is a 5 out of 5. If you're on your way to Kingman, and thinking about Starbucks. Stop at this location instead of the one in Kingman. read more

Terribles owned and Terribly priced. I feel sorry for the people who work here. My usual $27 order for 2 people was $39. "It's a little bit pricey being out here in the desert." Is what I was told when I was shocked and thought I should repeat my order because surely they added things. We turned around and walked right out the door. Sorry, that's ridiculous pricing. You're literally 40 miles away from Kingmans Starbucks and not even 50 miles from the last Starbucks in Vegas. We will not be back and we also will never frequent the "last stop" again for this action of price gouging. We will blow on by. I also will not use any of the Terribles gas stations in Vegas. Stopped in while traveling back to Vegas and found this Starbucks clean with pleasant sitting area. We were served by Brandon and Austin who were very helpful and even made up a couple sample drinks to help us make up our minds. Service is not good! Three people standing around and no one helps me. Finally someone did while they were talking on their cell phone. Then they could not hear me over their friend on their phone. A few days later, I find that my credit card was charged $25 two days in a row to refill my Starbucks app but my Starbucks app was only credited once. Not sure how that could happen??? Not going back there again even if I have to drive another hour to the next Starbucks in LV or Kingman. read more

This Starbucks is West of US-93 between Kingman and Lake Mead. The manager said it is the Terrible's Roadhouse Starbucks in White Hills, AZ. It is about half way from Kingman and the wind farm just before going back into the mountains when you're Northbound. It is a pretty remote location, but it is clean, nice, spacious and the service was great. It is pretty new and I would like very much for it to be successful as it is an excellent spot to break up the desolate drive between Las Vegas and Phoenix. It is right next to a Terrible's convince store so you can get more than Starbucks with one stop. It was really easy to stop going Southbound but there is a convent crossover so North bound traffic is still easy off and on. It is one of the last stops going North and one of the first going South, but it looked like the nicest stop on the West side of the road. Please watch for and patronize this store as it is easy to miss zooming up or down 93. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The coffee drinks we had yesterday were horrible. Did not even resemble a Starbucks beverage. We had a double tall whole milk cappuccino and a grande latte. The coffee tasted like it had been brewed in a Keurig the day before. On top of the terrible taste and quality, the prices were outrageous. It was $7.25 for a grande latte and $7.25 for a double tall cappuccino. Do not bother stopping at this location on your way to or from Vegas. A total rip off! read more
