Probably the worst service I've ever gotten at a Starbucks. Went in 1 morning and asked if they still had a certain drink that they have been advertising for weeks that I liked and instead of a yes or no... you know like you would expect to get.. I get this attitude back and the guy (Taylor) says in a condescending voice, "dont you see its not on the board." Luckily this was a once and a lifetime good morning for me so I let it go. Really disappointed with this location. The service was extremely slow and the barista I experienced today was rude and not exactly the friendliest. I placed my online order 10 minutes before I arrived. Upon my arrival, neither of my two drinks were ready and the barista proceeded to give me a lesson on the foam options because I used the incorrect terminology. I would have been completely open to the conversation but I believe his intentions weren't genuine and were because he was irritated. For those who are not in a rush and don't mind rude service, this place will work for you. Just don't expect the warm welcome upon entry. read more

I've been to quite a few Starbucks and I believe this location is definitely on point. I usually visit early in the morning right before work and the parking is usually packed right in front. The baristas at the registers are sweet and friendly, greeting with a smile. When you have a question, they have an answer. The service is quick. Before I discovered the online ordering app, I would be in and out in about 5 minutes, even when it's busy. Now that I use the app, my order is complete when I get there so I'm there for a minute or two, tops. Keep it up! read more

Let me first say that despite my appearance, I am in my early thirties. So sometimes I attribute lackluster service to the fact that I look to be in my early twenties and probably someone who could careless. Still no excuse, but hey, I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was so excited to know that I had a Starbucks closer to me; but now, because of the service, I find myself traveling to the one by chic fil a on prince william parkway. Its out of my way, but I like their service. When I visited this location, one extremely rainy day, (that's how desperate I was for my fav coffee) I was ignored by two teenagers that proceeded to talk about me but not to me. "You got it?" **eye rolling** "You got it?", "Naw I'll get it!". Followed by laughter. Uh, when did I become an it? Then as I was ordering the "TERISTA" (Terrible Barista, don't worry you can use it, I won't charge you) acted like I was interrupting her day by being there. Excuse me ma'am, I just came in and expected stellar service, just like everyone has come to expect from the Starbucks experience. Forgive me for asking you to work, while you are at work. This location is always superrrrr busy. That being said, for a location that is so busy, you would think they would have system in place that would allow them to make the drinks IN ORDER. Everything looked so unorganized. I ordered two hot coffees and the new coconut milk mocha macchiato. I got the two coffees from the cashier. I went over to the other counter and waited for me drink. I waited about 15 mins watching everyone else get their drunk but me. People who came in after me got their drinks before I did. This is by far the best Starbucks I've been to. The store managers name is Gina and I gotta tell you, I've never seen a manager in any establishment work as hard as she does. Any time you come in you see her doing any number of tasks. From training side by side with her team, to taking orders, to cleaning bathrooms to sweeping the floors. Her team is always in a great mood and the service is exceptional. A lot of other managers I've dealt with need to take a page from Gina's book. Well done Miss. I've read all the other reviews some are true, but most are not. The staff for the most part is fantastic, they get your drink done right every time and always have a sincere smile to share. I usually stop in 2-3 times per week, it's on the way home. If I were to say anything detrimental it would be that on the weekends people tend to homestead (guilty as charged). I've been in many SBs across the US and abroad, this one ranks in the top 10. It's almost closing time and customers are still coming in. Update: February 8th. Stopped in on the way home, disappointed with the midday crew. I'm not really a soft spoken person and always order the same drink: venti white chocolate mocha, extra shot, no whipped cream. Imagine my surprise when I go up to the counter and don't see my drink. I wait a bit more and there is a grande on the counter. It appears the young lady at the counter misheard me. Normally not an issue except that when I pointed out the mistake and was about to say that I would go to the register to pay the difference what I got from the barista was: "sir you were charged for a grande" and summarily dismissed. Bad day for the barista? Maybe. First time I have experienced poor service at this location. Poor service I expect at an airport SB where one finds a new employee every transit day and the employees don't really expect to see you but one time. This is my favorite Starbucks in the area, I'm so used to getting my drinks messed up and this is the only Starbucks who has never ever given me real milk instead of almond. It is always busy though, it's busy but the drinks come out quickly and they're made well. I love coming in here after class or work because the entire staff is so hospitable, they're so nice, they ask about your day and genuinely care especially if you're in there a lot. I come here once/twice a week and I'd just love to mention the great staff! They execute great timing and are always very pleasant! I'd love to especially recognize Eleanor** she is a sweetheart and every time I go in and she's there she makes the effort to mention me by name and ask how my morning is going so mostly with a great cup of coffee or frappuccino & saying hello to eleanor* starts my days off great! It's really the little things that matter to me! Love the Stonebridge location. Everyone is polite and friendly. Place is clean and well lit. Nice ambience and music. Coffee's always great! UPDATE 12/12/16 - Had to update my review. Not sure what's happened in the past year, but the coffee sucks. I use to stop at Starbucks, every morning for a Venti Misto with whole milk, it was delicious. Now, the coffee is so weak and watery. I've tried four Starbucks in the Prince William area, all the same. I was told that customers didn't like the strong coffee, so now it's a blondie or whatever. OR you have to ask for a pour over, which tastes like dirt, or a shot of espresso (for another $2 or so bucks). That the coffee at WaWa tastes better, is a shock to me. I'll have to give the coffee at Duck Donuts a try. Disappointed. read more

I am not sure why some rate this place low. It's your typical Starbucks. Service is okay. The location is okay clean considering its normal a bit crowded every time I go. It's the newest, coolest area to live in PW County, just over the Fairfax County line on the Occoquan River. We love Panera & Starbucks! We need more upscale places to eat and linger. read more
