Rick & Morty and Fish Tales pinball machines

The first time I walked through Ziggy's pizza shop false freezer door, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall vibe of the lounge and enjoyed the light up dance floor and sounds and lights coming off the pinball machines. Drinks and beers were tasty and fairly priced. It's a great spot to drop in before a show at the van buren next door! I believe all the pinball machines were $1/play and there is a token machine that breaks bills into tokens.

Absolutely enchanting. You had me at secret entrance !!! (Inside Ziggys magic Pizza ) The retro disco dance floor blows you away on your way to the bar ! Such a fun selection of Original House Recipe cocktails! I got something with ginger beer that was really refreshing and headed for the pinball machines ! Loved the little drink tables between the pinball tables ! Very convenient . Basically $1 a game regular old school quarters ! Which I like ? So many revival/retro arcades do the "by the hour unlimited play" which just blows the nostalgia and laid back vibe for me ? I loved playing at my own pace and enjoying a slice of Ziggy's exceptional pizza right in the middle of gameplay! The Ziggys staff located me while playing pinball the arcade , to deliver my white pizza slice , hilariously named "pretty fly " . So if you like pizza or pinball or even just a tasty cocktail perching upon a retro disco dance floor? Ziggys Magic Pizza has the easiest FREE PARKING anywhere in The area .

Love the hidden aspect, looks like you're going into the walk in fridge at ziggys, and then you are transported into another galaxy where pinball and David Bowie rule! There are fun drinks, space themed, and great music playing. We came on karaoke night and this cute kid stole the show. The food is ok, but the drinks, vibe and affordability are where it's at. The service is friendly and quick, can't wait to go back!

Cool little place inside a pizza shop. Didn't try the pizza since we had a slice across the street at Via Della, but cool to have a beer and play a few pinball games.

7th spot of the evening. It was about 11:15pm on Saturday. We were able to walk in right away after ID check. There was no line. I've been here many times before so this place is just okay to me. I was already done drinking at this point but my friends said one last one so I had some pineapple drink with tajin around the cup. It was too sweet. If it's your first time, then you might enjoy it. Or, it may be your kinda vibe but it's not really mine. Definitely did not like the sticky floors at all. The entrance is cool and the light up dance floor is cool but everything else is whatevers. They have a dj, some pinball machines and a few tables for people to sit, eat, drink at. Pretty casual environment.

The SECRET of Ziggy's! The elusive (and even MORE wonderful) Pinbar! A Pinball Barcade?!? With Bowie Elements?!? and it was Emo Night when I showed up?!? Uh yeah. SIGN. ME. UP. Affordable and delectable refreshments that fit the theme perfectly and a wide assortment of Pinball games in an intimate yet spacious area!!! Now go! Don't walk! Run! And Let's Dance at Stardust Pinbar!!!

Dance floor and atmosphere were great!! Such a fun time with friends out dancing!! Plus pinball for our dance breaks!! Pizza from Ziggys was awesome too

I visited this place on a random night out with my friend. I was hoping to get pizza from ziggys but ended up going thru the secret scary entrance to stardust. I did not expect a light up dancefloor and disco ball. I think we went during 90s/2000s night because the dj was playing some songs from when I was in high school. Everyone was having a great time dancing with drinks in their hands. 10/10 would go again for the vibes!

This spot was such a hidden gem--I swear, walking in felt like being transported straight back to high school, rocking out to Limp Bizkit, Nine Inch Nails, and all the other angsty legends. The best part? It wasn't crowded at all, so we snagged a table, ordered some drinks, and basically turned the place into our own private throwback concert. My inner 17 year old self was having a blast! We will for sure be coming back here soon!

We visited during normal business hours so weren't able to experience the DJ vibe, but was totally awesome ! We sat at the bar and were able to get pizza brought to the bar. Drinks were strong for the price. Pinball was fun

This bar was a little tough for me to find, but I eventually made it. It is located in and on the side of Ziggys Pizza. You can enter through Ziggys or do like I did and just enter through the patio. The place has a decent sized dining area and an outdoor patio where the smoker's go and where you will find some tables to dine at as well. They have a small private parking lot There is no bar seating and you will find pinball machines here, hence the name pinbar. I am really feeling the place's eclectic decorations and vibe. It has a color changing dance floor, a DJ booth, and is decorated in a Mars Attacks movie theme. It is dimly lit and has a lot of blacklight effects going on. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed them. They offer food, but it is from Ziggy's. They serve mostly wings, pizza and fries, but they also have salads and a couple of hoagies on the menu as well (don't tempt me with a good time). I ordered some Ziggy style wings and fries. It took about 8 minutes for me to get my food. It was fresh, hot and delcious. I really liked the wings seasoning. They were decent sized and very flavorful. What drew me to this place, however, was their drink selection. They have some awesome, tropical drinks. They were right up my alley. I was like a kid in a candy store and had a hard time choosing. I ultimately went with a Saguaro Slammer, a Pineapple Passion, and Starburst. They did not disappoint and were all so good. Picking a favorite one is like picking your favorite child....I just can't. They have happy hour from 5 to 7 on weekdays and run special nights everyday except Tuesday and Wednesday. Some of those nights include Motown on Mondays, Planet Her on Thursdays (Ladies drink 1/2 off) DJs on Friday and Saturday and Sessions Sundays. I highly recommend checking this spot out if you are in the downtown phoenix area. They have awesome service, delicious food and some of the savoriest drinks I have had.

Ask the Community - Stardust Pinbar

We jammed with DJ Chris Villa (boyeee) and DJ Torres... any other DJs ever stop through?

    Are under 21 allowed?

    Its 21+ after 9pm or 9:30pm

How old must you be to enter?

We allow all ages until 8pm as long as accompanied by adult. Saturday & Sundays we open at noon.

Would this be a good place to go to for my 21st?

Yeah im sure you'll have a great time, but they don't have any VIP tables so just keep that in mind that you will be standing the whole time. It is a super fun bar though.

Is there a certain age limit?

It's a bar... so it's 21+. It's not a pinball arcade, just a bar with a dance floor, a few tables and 12 pinball machines. Doubtful they would allow anyone under 21 in, since there is a bouncer at the front door.

Carry On actually called me to confirm our "tickets," which I thought was really cute. The whole experience kind of started a couple of days before our actual "departure time." They also reminded us to park in the Renaissance Square parking garage under Wren & Wolf, and they were able to validate our parking for three hours. We had to go to Wren & Wolf first to pick up our Carry On tickets. We got there early, and they let us relax in their couch area while we waited for our departure time. The walk from the Renaissance Square parking garage to Wren & Wolf was easy. You just follow the signs, and the whole walk is inside the building, which was perfect because it was so hot outside. While we were waiting, we could order drinks and chill, just like being in an airport lounge. When it was time for departure, we walked outside the building, and Carry On was right around the corner. You won't miss it because you'll see the Carry On Air flight schedule above the gate door. Right on time, we were greeted by a friendly flight attendant. Once we walked into the cabin, it really felt like we were inside a first-class flight lounge. Our flight attendant served us drinks right after we sat down, and we also ordered more cocktails and snacks from their menu. The captain spoke to us over the speaker, just like on a real flight. As we took off, we could even feel the seats moving. Looking out the "window," we saw buildings, clouds surrounding us, and even experienced turbulence I'm not going to tell you too much because I don't want to ruin the experience. It was busy, but not packed, which made the service stand out more than it should have. I had to ask for water twice, never got a refill, and overall felt largely ignored--minimal eye contact, no real warmth, just an impersonal feel that didn't match the space. It felt like a place that may be a bit of a victim of its own success--popularity has grown, but delivery hasn't fully kept pace. Part of the appeal here is the permanent taco truck outside, which I know from past visits is excellent, and I love the truck's outspoken, unapologetic support for immigrants. That said, the cocktail itself was excellent. I was specifically looking for a coffee-based drink before heading to another event, and the Cambures al Estilo Foster delivered on flavor. It was tiny, though--served in a small stemmed glass, gone in a few sips. It did the job, but some may find the portion underwhelming for the price. No major complaints, but nothing pulling me back either. I'm adding a fourth star on a bit of a hunch--I'd like to think they can dial it back in if I return.

Many of which do not contain additives. I won't lie, I thought I was a big fan until I realized I didn't recognize a lot of the tequilas they had on hand. Downstairs is a whole different vibe. Custom craft cocktails, dim lighting with artwork, and more make it feel like an upscale NYC spot in your basement. I did 2 of my favorites, Paloma De Guayaba with the custom block name etched and the Baya Nueva. While in the Cantina, I had to order my friend the Basura (trash), but that wasn't the case... then again, it is served in a plastic bag, and is definitely a throwback to my early 20's of gettin' lit!!!! But, if you're looking for a really cool bar, KWSC is for you. I stopped by on a week day evening around 8:30 p.m. Located in Roosevelt Row, while there isn't parking, I found free parking on the street a few minutes away on foot. Ambiance (4.5/5): My type of spot. Dimly lit with a speakeasy vibe. There are eight or so seats at the bar, and the rest of your seating options consist of comfortable chairs and sofas. You'll see a lot of photos of people's bums on the walls lol. This is indeed part of the appeal. For free, if you would like, they will take a polaroid of your butt and memorialize you eternally on the walls. While I didn't do that, if that's up your alley, go for it. Service (2/5): This is the main area of improvement. After being seated, I was greeted promptly and got my first cocktail promptly. From there, things fell apart. I had to grab the bartender's attention to order my second drink and to close out. It was a week day and they weren't busy. And there were two bartenders. A lack of attentiveness. When I closed out, I noticed that the cocktails were both $2 more expensive than what was listed on the menu. When I inquired, I was told that the menus were outdated... umm what? If you're not going to re-print your menus, give people a heads-up when they arrive. I understand that most people won't notice, but this is deception. Food (N/A): I was on a liquid diet. If you're trying to eat here, all they have is snacks. The menu doesn't specify but I'm thinking it's probably chips or somethign like that. Drinks (4/5): A lengthy, and interesting, cocktail list. Similar to a speakeasy, you're going to see creativity and an interesting blend of flavors here. The most popular drink is Fuck Nazis. We're seeing a theme here. KWSC is an interesting spot. For various dollar amounts, you can get funny things outside of the polaroids of your bum. My first cocktail was great. My second one, a tiki drink, not so much. The menu said that there would be some flame action happening. It didn't. Just another example of the service falling short. If the service were better, Killer Whale Sex Club would easily be a five-star experience.

Back then, the cocktails felt intentional and creative, not just rushed out for volume. The staff remembered regulars, conversations flowed naturally, and the whole place had this warm, eclectic energy that made you want to stay for hours. Even on busy nights, it somehow still felt personal. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, the vibe has changed quite a bit. The drinks just aren't as consistently good as they used to be, especially considering the prices now.
