The owner follows me out, takes some pictures of the damage on my front fender and door, asks some questions, and explains to me he'll need to write up a quote and email it to me. I was a little skeptical, thinking I wouldn't get an email because other things got in the way, but sure enough, I received one later that evening. The shop quote was just under what I had been receiving from other shops and the owner was very nice when talking outside of the shop so I decided to trust them with the work. They quoted me 3 days and sure enough, 3 days had passed and I received a call stating it was ready to pick up. I headed there almost immediately, eager to see how it looked. I was very pleased to see how clean everything looked, and how you couldn't tell a difference in paint tones, seeing as the original paint is 15+ years old. I highly recommend this shop for any paint and body needs. I'm thrilled with the turn out of mine and I won't hesitate to use them again, if need be.

Daniel did AN AMAZING job on my car and was BEYOND helpful. I could tell that he was truly interested in making sure I was taken care of. I found this shop close to me and the reviews were good! Now I know why. Not only was the work done on my car great but Daniel is such nice and honest man. The time to fix my car was short but the service I got was awesome! I got calls updating me on the progress and process and when I picked up my car the whole thing was vacuumed like I had just bought it. There were a couple things that needed to be touched up, normal stuff and not a reflection of his work. Throughout the process, I worked with Michael, who was excellent to deal with. While his attire was somewhat casual, his professionalism, communication, and overall attitude more than made up for it. He kept me informed during both the estimate and repair stages and was always responsive when I called for updates. When I picked up my vehicle, I was very impressed with the quality of the repair work. The damage was no longer visible, and everything initially appeared to be in great condition. I completed the paperwork and prepared to leave. However, as I was about to drive away, I noticed in my rearview mirror that the rear passenger overhead light was hanging from the headliner. I immediately returned to the office, and Michael addressed the issue right away. He apologized and ensured it was fixed before I left. The following day, while organizing items in my vehicle, I discovered an additional issue: the antenna was missing, and the antenna housing was damaged. Based on the condition, it appeared the damage may have occurred during the courtesy cleaning process. Since it was the weekend, I contacted the shop first thing Monday morning and left a message for Michael. He returned my call promptly, took responsibility for the situation, and assured me that the necessary repairs would be completed once the replacement part arrives. I appreciate the prompt response and willingness to correct the issue. That said, these types of problems should ideally be prevented altogether. I hope that extra care will be taken during courtesy services in the future to avoid similar situations.
