When he returned with the needed parts a few days later, I asked if he could look at some issues we had with our kitchen stove, and he very kindly went over all the burners and the oven parts with me, going into the "innards" of the oven to diagnose in detail what was going on. He clearly explained what was going on with our clogged burners, clearing them on the spot, and showing me exactly what was going on with the main oven and broiler igniters (both of which clearly needed replacement; he took photos that showed exactly what was going on inside my oven). Obviously I said no since I had already paid the other company more than what the warranty would have covered.
