First time since they went to scanning QR code for food and drink vs ordering in person or on the sheet of paper. QR code was not easy for us or the other couple we were with. We ordered first and got our drinks last and two separate times . No notification, unless in very small print, that automatic 18% and if you don't close out your tab (not easy) you'll be charged an addition 5%. We sat on the second to back row as we know from the past, the back row does not recline. Our 5 seats in a row did not recline. After the show we talked to the person at the desk and he showed no sympathy or concern for our experience. We asked how we could know what seats in the future do not recline and he said he didn't know . Because there was no concern about our experience, not sure if we will come back again. In addition their bar/ tap room never seems open. When they are the bartenders are fine but just hours not predictable. When a struggling business doesn't care about the customer, why give them return business.

The theater location is great; right in the mix of Toyota Music Factory. Within walking distance from all the great bars and restaurants. Theater was really clean and seats were awesome. Service was also really great. You can order food/drinks off your phone then during the movie they ask that you write down your order on the provided pen/paper just so you don't disturb others by getting in your phone. Food was great- we ordered way too much, but enjoyed all of it. The popcorn is HUGE but love that they give you a nice bag to take it all home in. Definitely a nice spot for movie dates if you're looking for a place that offers all the fine dining before movie and then drinks after-type of experience!

We also ordered chips and queso as an appetizer, and the chips were very clearly the "bottom-of-the-bag" scraps -- broken pieces and crumbs rather than fresh, full chips. It felt careless and unprofessional. For a premium movie dining experience, I absolutely did not get my money's worth. The constant out-of-stock items and poor food quality disrupted the experience and made it frustrating rather than enjoyable. My only complaint is that it was freezing inside, so definitely bring a blanket or jacket. They also have a nice mix of current releases and classic films. Overall, it's a great spot for either a daytime movie or an evening out.
