The chicken BBQ nachos had tons of toppings. They did not skimp! And the French fries were excellent. Our one regret is that we didn't get the corn ribs. We learned a lot of really fun facts about the entire process! The barrel room was very cool and I loved the homage to Sasquatch. We were able to try multiple spirits and really loved the bourbons. Ended up getting a bottle of the coffee liquor and can't wait to see what comes out of this distillery in the next few years!

Nearly everything is made by hand. It's tiny. When you are at the Liquor store and see their product, you never realize what a tiny passionate place you are purchasing from. I don't want to give any hints that their products are any lesser quality than our local better funded places. At the end of the day, it's the product that goes out the door, and they make excellent product. We caught Creed at a good time and he spent as much time as we wanted to answer questions.
