I came to jiffy lube on Burbank and Eileen the manager, proceeded to add window liquid to the car for the car washer fluid, the car washer fluid does not have a top I asked her to not add it and she still did. Then she proceeded to say that I was being hostile for asking her not to add washer liquid to the car. I initially came to get an oil top off as I asked when I arrived. when I asked her not to since the car did not have a top. I hope that the washer fluid does not drain out to the engine of the car. In a world full of boys, be a man like Nicky. The first guy that helped me immediately tried to up sale me on my oil change and I just knew there was a cheaper option. When Nicky came over, he was so nice and easy to talk to that I requested the cheapest option and he delivered. We had a nice conversation and he was beyond helpful. Even with asking for the cheapest option twice, the first guy came with the payment with the more expensive option listed. Only because I was on a time schedule, I would have gotten other services done because they just know what they are doing here. When I arrived, I mentioned that I had received a $20 coupon sent to me online this morning. I mentioned it a couple of times. They escorted me to the waiting area and said OK. After the service was completed, I presented the coupon which they would not take. He did offer me $15 off instead. He said their store did not participate with that ad. He did offer to give me $5 in cash. The point was I mentioned it, and they never said they wouldn't accept the coupon. I came to this location because it was the closest Jiffy Lube near me at the time. There was no line, so I was seen quickly for an oil change. However, I felt rushed - comments below: They did my oil change, great. Another gentleman cleaned my windshield and put air in my tires. Showed me the engine filter was fine, offered to check my cabin filter, which I refused. I think the level of customer service wasn't fully there. My idea of a 5/5 experience at Jiffy Lube is where they walk you through a list of recommendations for your vehicle. I had all intentions of purchasing whatever was recommended at this visit, since my last jiffy lube visit I was told to get something done at my next visit. I wasn't shown that new oil was placed, because I'm used to them showing me the stick that has new oil. I left there wondering if new oil was actually put in. Jiffy Lube, in the past, has even gone above and beyond and reset my setting in my car so that the message that maintenance was required was removed. Giving out 3 stars because of what my expectations of a 5/5 experience is based off. I feel like this location missed out on a sales opportunity to increase revenue. read more

My husband took his very old but running truck in for an oil and differential fluid change. When he drove out, within a mile his coolant leaked out and temperature shot up. He drove it back and a clamp between hoses had broken. We totally understand that it is old, but they basically backed off to be sure they weren't liable and gave him very little help. He walked to the auto parts store himself in the heat and back to buy coolant and the clamp. He asked for some pliers and was reluctantly given some. In addition, one of the female Employees told him he needed to go outside when he questioned them. Definitely wanted to wash their hands of the situation. My issue is, we get it is an older vehicle but the lack of compassion or even just listening and answering some basic questions would have been helpful. Not sending off in the heat to walk to the nearest auto supply store and acting like he was the problem. I have gone to this Jiffy Lube for 17 years with all of my vehicles and will not be returning. I wish I would have read some of the recent reviews before he went there today. A very expensive lesson learned from this oil change. I will also be sure that everyone I know in town knows to take their business elsewhere. read more

Great value for change oil package. On top of replacing oil and oil filter, it checked all fluid levels and topped up the windshield washer fluid. for the additional coolant they were charging extra. For some reason, they did not check the air filter and cabin filter. They did a battery test and used a strip to test condition of the brake fluid. They also checked the tire pressure, the wiper blades and all the light bulbs. read more

This place absolutely sucks. Management is condescending and talks in circles, constantly deflecting and not owning up to mistakes. The most dishonest and slimey place. If you need work done in Burbank, go to Gregs tune up, if you need work done outside of LA, go literally any where except Jiffy Lube. I talked to one worker who actually treated me like a human being. I feel bad for him having to work under such a toxic, grimey, and crooked boss. They essentially put a band aid on a bullet wound and then told me to go to a mechanic, for a mistake THEY made during my last oil change. Even the Los Feliz location told me that the Burbank location should fix the damage they did. But instead the manager deflected all of my issues that he should've been fixing or refunding. On top of all of this... The oil change is $40+ more than Valvoline. read more

jiffy lube is my favorite place to get my oil change because of their top off policy - get a free top off within 3,000 miles of your last oil change at the location you got the oil change at. I used to frequent the Sherman Oaks location often, but since I moved I needed a new location. This one was located on the corner of victory and olive. The service was excellent! Alexis was great! Looked at all the things - tire pressure, air filters, oil levels and wipers. Used a coupon that I found on the jiffy lube website for $15 off. Paid about $100 for my oil change.
