Would not recommend! It should take 15 minutes. However I was there for about 30 minutes. Not only that, the worst part was that the attendant (a guy with a weak chin, sorry didn't get his name and the receipt doesn't show a name, and that's the only identifying marker I have of him) was absolutely rude! He was yelling and being loud for no reason. As he's pulling up the information on the computer, the computer didn't turn on and he said the f word. Any instance where an employee cusses in front of a customer, it is rude and uncalled for. Valvoline should offer more trainings for employees. read more

when "low oil pressure" alerts, I go to the nearest Valvoline and with my coupon, I get a special deal for my synthetic oil change. I used to go to the dealer when the car was brand new, but since it's too far, I tried to go to Firestone but boy do they charge an arm and a leg! Plus their service sucks. Last weekend during an oil change, they damaged the oil plug on my BMW and tried to tell me it was existing damage. I had to get it towed out of there after spending about an hour. Then they kept saying "BMW's are complicated"... My BMW dealership confirmed that Valvoline 100% damaged the oil plug and it needed replacement. Nick was extremely rude and condescending to the point where I was shaking during my oil change. Nick began to get my information and when asking for my miles I gave 175,000 instead of 175,082 but instead of saying "can I please get the entire number" just stared at me like I read minds. So I gave him the entire mileage after asking what was happening. THEN he was directing me to my cars setting to reset my light, which I know how to do. I told him I knew how to do it and he said "Can you do it then" and proceeded to watch me as if he was teaching me some lesson. I have NEVER had a Valvoline do that to me and have always just said "okay, awesome" after I explained I could reset my light. His tone, attitude and overall demeanor were awful. At that point I asked to get someone else and let him know he was pretty rude. He laughed and said "I gotchu." I'm only giving any stars because Lee and Acaica were very nice and professional. Actually, Acaica walked over to ask me to turn my car off so they could start and he rudely told her no. No explanation, no "I gotta do a, b, c first" just NO. Isaiah and the crew converged upon my fiancé's vehicle (2016 Chevy) for a synthetic oil change and completed the task in record time. Even though other services were explained to me, I never felt any pressure to authorize them. My car glided out of the bay as I headed home for a spaghetti dinner. My first time here after using a mechanic for oil changes the last 15-ish years. What a joy. I pulled in and didn't even have to get out of my vehicle. I explained I needed an oil change on one of our older vehicles, and they got to it right away. Changed the oil/filter, added fully synthetic oil. Showed me my air filter was crazy dirty--which I knew--so I had them replace (for the convenience), and I was on my way in about 15 minutes. The price was near identical to my full-service mechanic, so I didn't feel bad about the price. Well worth it in my opinion. Forgot to use the 20% off coupon here on Yelp, but it doesn't even matter. I didn't make it back to the dealership, but I was due for an oil change so I stopped in here. They could not complete an oil change for a Camry because they don't carry the oil. I'm not sure how that is possible, but I went to another oil change shop (competitor) and they were more than happy to change my oil. The tires on my Tesla were really low yesterday . It was raining and I had my young daughter in the car with me, so I was trying to avoid stopping at a gas station to get out and put air in. I've been coming to this Valvoline since I moved to Burbank in 2010, and never had a bad experience until now. I'm very disappointed and displeased with the service performed on my 2022 Toyota 4Runner. They Stripped my bolts with impact gun when reinstalling my skid plate, left my car scratched and dirty as well as the skid plate being covered with hand marks. They clearly rushed when they were trying to get it on and off. They proceeded to tell me that the bolt was the culprit. My 4Runner is brand new and has only had 2 oil changes prior and every time easily removed and installed. The worst part was they lied to me and said they replaced the bad bolt. When I got home, the bolt was never replaced and the impact gun damaged my skid plate from over torquing.. very frustrating to say the least. I've been trying to figure out why they lied. Update: I called them and told them my findings this evening, they said they're going to have their manager contact me. Let's see how this goes. Can't believe this is the same place.. please approach with caution. read more

When I called to address the issue, the manager acknowledged that the employees are not trained mechanics, which raised serious concerns about the quality and safety of the work performed. For reliable and knowledgeable service, I suggest going to a certified mechanic. I believe the manager I spoke with was named Danielle, as that's the name listed on my receipt.
