This isn't my go-to Stater Brothers because I live across the street from one, but I like making a pit stop here after work. Yet, when I do stop by, I'm reminded why I don't frequent this one. The parking lot is bad. Not that there aren't any spaces, but it's more so the fact that the parking spots are small. There are a lot of people who loiter here, making is uncomfortable to get in and out of the car. The aisles are smaller than other stater brothers and I find myself clashing with other patrons. The shelves are smaller and the floor doesn't shine brightly. In addition, the workers here don't seem to care for their customers as much as other stores that I've been to. The cashier seemed as though she didn't want to be there and I could barely squeeze out a hello from them. Although the prices and produce are lower in pricing, I don't feel inclined to buy my groceries here. I will continue to come when needed, but I don't think I will due to the service, location, parking, and situations. read more

Theres a young girl with red lipstick curly hair done and makeup, she wasnt on stand 1 but on stand 5 i think , it was around 9:30 pm on a wednesday. This starter bros is ok. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. The produce here is too pricey compared to other grocery stores. The only good things here are the deli and butcher. As the meats are of good quality as well as the deli area. Overall its a decent spot to grab some meats to throw on the grill. read more

I ordered 3 tamales from the meat department. when i opened one of the tamales and took a bite i found a long black hair in my food. it was inside my mouth which is disgustingly gross. stater bros is supposed to be one of the best markets to get meat from. i see that all the employees behind the meat counter have hair covers on but there obviously an associate that does not follow protocol. i know this because the tamales are wrapped in masa then corn husk then put inside a bag when severed to the customer. so when i took a bite of my tamale and realized there was a long hair in my food i knew it didn't come from me or anyone in my household because bringing the food straight from the market and into the microwave it couldn't have been anyone in my house. which confirms it came from the store. Disrespectful super slow you can go to three different stores and finish what you have to do.

I used to come to this location a lot because I lived down the street. It was really convenient since you could just drive up and run in. It's not a big location, and when I used to go frequently, they were doing a lot of renovations, so the floor was pretty torn up and some of the entrances were blocked off. I haven't been in since the renovation, but I've heard it's really nice now. The neighborhood isn't the nicest, but if you need something fast, this place gets the job done. read more

This place is always clean with friendly customer service. Went there about a week ago, and we were looking for a specific item. A worker Alex was kind enough to help us look on that aisle. Noticing it was not there, he took a few minutes to check the back to see if they had new delivery come in with our item. He went above and beyond. A few minutes later, we were in line to pay. We hear a female lead or supervisor speak loudly to Alex from a distance and pointing at a cart of what looked like go backs and said "what exactly have you done with this cart. Looks like nothing so far." Found that rude to say in front of customers. Had she asked him privately why the cart was there, he might have been able to explain he was helping us. I am writing this review because great A+ customer service has to be acknowledge. I was in your store today at about 12 o'clock, and your employees are exemplary. Jeremy on produce not only had knowledge of what I needed but he stopped what he was doing to go over, and grab my pomegranate. With a smile, then her remembered me when he saw me 15min later, and bid me a good day! Damien in produce, gave me a visual tour of the other departments and what they offered, also with a genuine smile. Before I left I spoke w/ Jen who gave me options to compliment the other employees but was also very friendl, knowledgeable, and made me feel like she came to work just to talk me "Shay" . This is like my 5th visit and the kitchen area still needs health and hygiene training as I'm waiting to order tacos and a burrito the lady preparing wipes her nose with the same gloves she is getting ready to make my food. Then the other lady comes over and graves old used gloves out her apron after taking the trash and put those on no washing of hands. Did they not take Bt he food handlers class. OMG! This store is disgusting. The meat section had me gagging! The meat was all brown. Some had blue in it. Nats flying around. Most likely children poking holes into the plastic which dried the meat out faster turning it grey. But the employees and management still had it out for sale!? What!! I lived in Los Angeles through San Bernardino, this particular Stater Brothers is the absolute worst one I don't know who put the scale of what people need or want but nothing matches. I give this place 3 starts because after Covid this store hired new people, the new ones are rude & not very concerned about their appearance. I went to the deli section on Sunday morning June 12 and was standing there for a while I can tell she knew I was there so finally when she decided to ask me if I needed any help she said it in a way that made me feel I was bothering her also when I told her what I needed she rolled her eyes then she proceeded to give me what I asked for and then when I told her what else I wanted she rolled her eyes again also can I mention she look like she had a rough night and didn't care how she looked the next morning for work. Overall I have been shopping at this store for over ten years . My only comment is do not buy gift cards at this store . They will not honor your purchase if you are sold a fraudulent card. They use a vendor to supply and take no responsibility to the product they sell. They know that vendor is not reputable and will only remove cards temporarily when it reported to them. A couple of years my wife had the same problem there . I can take some responsibility for not remembering that . But I recommend to not purchase theses products from them like gift cards .You might just end up cheated for the holidays .my reason I reported it was to document the event if they are concerned about their reputation they will investigate and stop using that vendor . The manager of the store has my phone and e-mail . Multiple screen shots and open complaint with gift card provider open complaint or case with them. Happy holidays don't ruin yours by buying gift cards at this store . All staff I spoke with was polite and pointed blame away from the store direction .they called the corporate office which did the same . One of the worst markets I've ever been in on so many levels. I would say 75% of the customers were not wearing masks and 90% of the staff without masks. The manager told me they do not have a mask policy there. Their poor inventory, Poor customer service it's extremely sad. Can't never get anyone on the phone at the store phone line always says experiencing difficulties

I visited this location about 4-5 times the first time I visited my time in the store was pleasant it seemed cleaned employees were seemingly nice. However the down side wasn't until I got home I immediately noticed upon putting away the food that several items were already bad or on the way out. So because they are conveniently located down the street I go back for a few things and still I get bad food. Tonight I went in and I was not happy with the meat department. It wasn't to clean the meat did look a little unappealing the service guy is unknowable and has a smirk kind of attitude. So I will be finding another staters to shop at I love staters or else I would switch stores I always choose staters when buying meat but I know after tonight that I can only shop this location for certain items. Such a shame. 2 stars given because the cashiers seem to be nice and helpful read more
