But because we didn't order through DoorDash for the order, we were directed to Wingstop to correct directly. They refused to recook or refund our order, the District Manager also refused insisting DoorDash had to fix. We tried to show them in person how the DoorDash screen would send us to their phone number for resolution. They got our $60 but we only received 10 wings/fries which we returned to the store. Wingstop should take care of their customers and hold DoorDash accountable themselves.
