While hunting for a decent priced hookah set in downtown San Jose, my friend and I stumbled onto this place. From the outside it looked a little sketchy...and it didn't exactly get any better when we went in. For the first five minutes there was no one at the register, so we waited idly by to ask about the hookah sets. When the cashier finally came out, I think he literally had no idea what he was talking about. Maybe he thought he could convince some dumb college students to buy the poor quality hookah sets they had? Well, we weren't one of them. We left after 10 minutes and never looked back. My advice, don't come here unless you need to buy some hookah tobacco last minute. read more

Super helpful and awesome service. I went in to see if I could get a new glass base for my hookah. I dropped and shattered my old one. The guy hooked me up with a used one for less than I was hoping to pay. He said it might not fit and to bring it back if it didn't. Sure enough he was right. I went back about 30 minutes later and this time I brought my whole hookah to make sure it would fit. After he tried cutting some rubber gaskets to make it fit he searched for a while until he found a nice base that was way higher quality than the first one. Of course it fit perfect and I was hoping I wouldn't have to pay too much more for it. This awesome dude just said take it. He didn't charge me anything extra. Note: I was so happy I told him I would tell everyone to shop here. That's why I am submitting my first yelp review ever after using yelp for I don't know how many years. read more

Came here to buy a few puff bars for someone as a gift (they're 24) customer service was okay however the person helping me wasn't wearing a mask and they overprice the puff bars by a lot. Didn't realize that until I was paying for them... you can get puff bars for like $10 somewhere else while this place sells them for $20!!!! I can up to the shop on the mid day and found out that the door was locked and Mickey was not their and that J had locked up and had to leave a crowd of people waiting patiently outside I would say at least 6 and I can say that people do love the price here and the service and the staff that must be doing a good job to have the same line that I see at Starbucks in the morning good store. The employees and owner are all very friendly and treat me like a valued customer each time I walk in. Their prices are also probably the best I've seen in this area of San Jose.
