Worst service I ever experienced in my life. Went to the drive thru 1/24/23 5:55pm. A female was taking our order and as she was was giving details of a menu item, a man interrupted her. He kept rushing while placing the order, over talked when choosing items and gave total before given the opportunity to place 2nd order. When asked can I speak to place 2nd order man says F**k You! Also said he won't be taking the order tonight. Went in to speak with a manager and same man comes to the front, says he's the owner, Keith Mitchell. The same name that was on his badge, and on the front door. I asked for corporate contact and he says there is none, and yells to leave the store. It was unprovoked, unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and an outright verbal assault. He should not own a restaurant in the customer service industry if he cannot provide it. I recommend that no one patronize this restaurant. read more

When I came in here, it was severely understaffed. The entire place was filled, but there was only one server working. She handled it very well, but I honestly felt bad for her and we did our best to help out (shoutout to the guy that cleaned tables even though he was a customer). After all that, however, if you choose to dine-in, you will sit elbow-to-elbow with other parties (I've had folks join my table's conversation). The service here used to be acceptable, but within the past year or so it's gotten horrendous. And I'm not even talking about on busy nights like Friday and Saturday when it's absolutely packed. I mean even on nights when there's like four tables with people. Also within the past year, there was a time my friend and I couldn't get shakes because they literally ran out of ice cream. Then the next time they ran out of M&M's when I wanted an M&M shake. Then the time after that, they ran out of clean spoons. So there isn't an option for no stars, so I had to give them just one star. For starters, when we arrived and asked for a table for five, we were told "It'll be a minute." Sure that's the right thing to say to a customer entering your establishment. Fast-Forward to us being seated. Our table was wiped down with a funky towel and there was food all over the floor. When we asked for a manager, he was nice and wiped our table down again with a clean towel and even apologized for the issue. So now we get serviced, or so I think. We waited for over ten minutes for our server to come take our order. She was pleasant and greeted us with a smile. But it was even shittier when we got our food. The food was cold and we had to ask where it was. We waited about 20 minutes for it...horrible! I ordered my normal Frisco Melt and asked for it be toasted well. I got a dried burger on soft bread with cold fries. When we asked for a manager, she told us they were short staffed. This is not my problem! Your issues should be transparent to the customer. So now the manager comes over and offers to fix my mom's food while I sit here and starve. Never again will I visit this location. This place needs to be evaluated for not only sanitation, but customer service. read more

HORRIBLE restaurant !!!! Service was deplorable, waitress didn't come by the table once to check on us and only came by when I managed to get her attention. I opened an account just to write a review to the guys. I brought a group of about 15 with me to steak and shake Twice. The first time we came, we asked for a table and we had to wait and hour, which is a Lil normal, but the only problem is, is that there were table that were available that just needed to be cleaned off. No biggie. .. We went again about 2 months ago, and the same thing happened. The 4th Sunday in February to be exact. We walked in at about 8:45 pm. We did not sit down until until 10:05pm. There was 4 table opened and uncleanned for over an hour. This time I asked the supervisor about it and he said give him a minute. 30 minutes later they had a shift change and then we waited again. We ordered our food and received it at about 10:45, I took teens with me and they had school the next morning so, this was totally unacceptable. I had to call parents and tell them what was going on. My friend's wife talked to the new supervisor /manager about the time, and he said "you weren't here that long" To make it even worse, by the time I got home around midnight, I was throwing up ALL night! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!! I DON'T CARE HOW CHEAP IT IS!!! I hate writing negative reviews, but the service was a 0!!! I don't even want to give them a star. read more

I went to this location to have a late dinner with my boyfriend yesterday. Our waiter was very nice. The place quickly got busy shortly after our arriving. We placed our milk shake order immediately and placed our food order shortly afterwards. We'd both ordered the Frisco melt with added grilled onions and bacon. I'd ordered mine with cheddar cheese instead of the usual swiss and American. We know this location to be VERY slow, so we weren't concerned with the time it took for our food to come out, however, upon arrival, my sandwich still had swiss cheese on it. The waiter quickly got me a new sandwich made and all was fine. The chef misunderstood the order because, on the receipt it read "sub cheddar". My boyfriend went to the washroom at one point and he came back and said that one stall was out of order read more

I've had bad service here on more than one occasion, but they have some really delicious sandwiches. Most of their shakes are also usually awesome. It's a very busy place though, even really late night/early morning, so you can't really hangout drinking coffee there for too long the way you can at Round the Clock or The Steer. read more

Good food and great shakes but the drive thru service is consistently one of the worst in the region. Mind numbing slow and not so much as a hello or have a good night. I know we ask a lot of the service industry workers but someone needs to remind them that without customers they won't be in business. Went in for breakfast at 6 am and the host seated us at a table. We were the only ones in the diner and no one came to our table for about 15 minutes (not even for our drinks). The waiter was talking to the cook and another man at the counter. When the waiter finally came to our table we asked for a breakfast menu imstead of the afternoon menu. This place is absurd. We waited 5 minutes to sit down when there was only 10 people in the place. This service is worse than AIDS. We were debating on coming here or not but we decided to see if the reviews were true. And let me tell you... they were spot fucking on. Along with the terrible service my milkshake was half melted and tasted like a pair of sweaty testicles... they had leftover ketchup stained on the plate from the last time it was used. The waitress had a very poor attitude. This is very upsetting because i can't handle people with poor attitudes she did not get a good tip that's for sure. Not only did it take 5 min to get seated and 15 more min to get asked for drinks and 25 min after that to get food and 10 min after that to get shakes but I also asked for a refill multiple times and never got one :( read more
