I told them maybe they should wait till later at night or first thing in the am to water instead of later afternoon when the lot is filling up. One change we notices this year is a "service charge" of 18% its added to the bill and is a gratuity shared with the wait staff. I generally oppose service charges that are often labeled 'not a gratuity" but this is not the case here. Service is so good, it is appropriate to add to this service charge when we check out. Again, hats off to the owner/management. Maintaining excellence at the level they have been able to is not all that common from my experiences. Keep up the great work!
