I sat at the counter for 15 minutes while 4 employees sat in a corner eating and carrying their own conversation. 2 more behind the counter where engaged in their separate conversation as well. One guy taking walk in orders and the other dude on the grill. The restaurant was not busy, yet I couldn't get any service. This is completely unacceptable. This might...scratch that...is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Slow doesn't begin to describe it. Incorrect orders, waitress arguing what we ordered "you didn't order drinks", etc. But while we were finishing up a delicious burger without napkins but with our menus still on the table, the newly installed manager came over, asked open ended questions, and thanked us for the feedback. I have never been more disgusted at a restaurant before. I got my water and i was looking at the inside of the cup and there was gunk and the outside of the cup was sticky. They brought out our food and the bottom of my dads plate was covered in some type of crusty leftover sauce like the plate wasn't even washed ! I will definitely never be coming back here. I was constantly checking my food before I took a bite to make sure I wasn't eating something old or inedible. And very slow service. But the workers were very sweet and attentive. Went to this location for the first time from recommendations from my sister. We wanted to beat traffic so we decided to jump in the drive through lane. First mistake. We were sitting in the line trapped between other cars also waiting in line for 30 mins. Had my car been able to drive over the curb I would have. When I finally got up to the window I asked about the long wait time and the worker stated she didn't know why the line was long. Service was SAD. Just walking in there was an awful smell. The posted signage said wait to be seated. Okay. But how long? The host told us after waiting at least 5 mins. So we seated ourselves. And waited until I got up to go to the register to order our food. That's when the waitress after passing by us in her section said she didn't know we were waiting. Floors and bathroom were nasty. When this restaurant first opened the line to the drive thru was always around the building. The burgers were cooked fresh to order and were always fresh. I've been twice since the grand opening and both times I was disappointed with my food and customer service. The burgers were not dressed as ordered and they were cold. It's as though they cook the burgers on the grill ahead of time, allow them to get cold and dress them as they are ordered. When you ask the manager about the quality of the food he is not able to answer.
