Tonight, however, I got to the drive thru at 8:10pm and gave them my name. There were only 2 cars in front of me. It took 20 minutes for them to process the 2 cars and it was 8:30 when I pulled up to the window. There was only 1 employee working the front; servicing both the inside counter and the drive thru, with 1 other person in the kitchen. They were obviously, very shorthanded, but the person behind the counter appeared to have only 2 speeds; slow, and overwhelmed. It took her almost 10 minutes before she even came to the window because she was serving another customer at the inside counter. By the time I received my food, it was 8:42 (over 30 minutes from the time I got to the drive thru, and the originally scheduled pickup time). I actually called the number for the District Manager that was displayed on the sign at the window, but got a recorded message, and then hung up on. What the heck is going on with Jack's??
