I inquired about carpet removal and spoke to Daniel directly. He was professional and responded right way. I originally called for carpet removal. After meeting Daniel in person and seeing his work, I ended up using him for the carpet removal, and carpet cleaning on my stairs. In addition he repaired the carpet at the bottom of my stairs that my cats had ruined (using it as a scratching post). He also repaired my hardwood floors that were under the carpet we removed.
