I was looking for a gym just for the summer and needed a deal. I spoke with the owner Brian, who was super helpful and gave me a 3 month deal so I wouldn't need to pay sign up fees. The gym itself is quite small, but really has everything I need. There's a lot of equipment that may look odd, but the reason is the gym is catered toward powerlifters. Which may sound intimidating but don't be. The people that go to the gym here are all really friendly. They will often acknowledge you as you walk in, unlike other larger gyms, and you won't see one of those Jersey boys walking around. The regulars here are very helpful in answering questions that you may have. Most of the time the gym isn't too packed. The most I've seen on a busy day would probably be about 8 or so. Usually there is only 1 or 2 people around, and the reason is this is a 24 hour gym, so you can come and go whenever. No restrictions if you like to workout at 2 in the morning. They also have a filtered water dispenser which I love, non of that water fountain crap. The reason I deducted 1 star is because some of the seats are starting to look a little worn. Tape has replaced the holes and the tape has started coming off. The place is also a little hard to walk around sometimes, but they use the space well. There aren't too many machines around, basically the most common ones, mostly free weights. The gym is priced really well, only $30 for adults, and there are discounts if your a student, fireman, etc. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a gym around the area.

I've been looking for a powerlifting gym since I compete in raw powerlifting. I had heard about…read morethis place so I decided to check it out. While there were some good things, I was pretty disappointed. I'll start with the good. There's a couple power racks, a decent monolift, and a couple competition style bench presses. There's also resistance bands and chains, along with specialty bars. The people seem very friendly too. As for the bad, there was many things to point out. First, the space is small, but not a deal breaker. The problem is right when you walk in, you'll notice a ton of out of date machines that take up all the space. That space could be used for more power racks, monos, deadlift platforms, etc. This also limits the amount of space used to warm up and/or do mobility work. I feel that if this is a powerlifting gym, it should be catered more towards powerlifters. There's a couple beneficial machines, but I'd much rather just go to an LA Fitness to use machines if I didn't do powerlifting. If the front room had power racks, squat racks, benches, and/or deadlift platforms instead, it would make the place seem bigger. The main room for actual powerlifting is better than the first room, but far from perfect. It's very difficult to get the different kinds of bars because they are tucked away in the corner. There are also a couple pointless pieces of equipment like a calf raise and preacher curl. I don't see why they are in the powerlifting room. MThe deadlift platform also has a bunch of little bumps on it, which creates an ineffective surface to deadlift because the bar will not stay in one place. Overall, this gym will get the job done, but it will be inconvenient. The size is fine, but with the amount of machines, it makes the space seem much smaller. The front room should have actual powerlifting equipment instead of machines that are inferior to other gym's machine. It just seems like this gym doesn't have a set identity. If this is a powerlifting gym, it's a pretty underwhelming one. If it's a bodybuilding/general fitness gym, it's pretty bad compared to the other gyms around like LA Fitness, Crunch, Zoo Healthclub, etc. You can't have both, and with the popularity of powerlifting increasing over the last few years, I'm surprised this gym doesn't just fully embrace powerlifting like they say they do. I've been to other powerlifting gyms, and this one ranks near the bottom for me.

Just heavy iron, serious equipment, and an environment where people actually come to put work in. The 24/7 key fob access is clutch. There is honestly nothing worse than trying to get a lift in after a long day only to realize you missed the staffed hours, or having to rush through your last few sets because someone is flashing the lights to close down. Being able to scan in whenever fits your schedule makes staying consistent so much easier. The equipment selection here is nuts. The footprint is on the smaller side, but they maximize every single square inch of floor space with top-tier gear for every muscle group. They have machines I'd never even seen before, including a whole line of red pieces from an Italian brand I'd never heard of. I just call them the Ferrari of weightlifting--the resistance curves and angles on them are unreal. Dumbbells go well past 100 lbs, and there is definitely no lunk alarm or free pizza night in sight. Staff is super friendly without hovering. They also keep a solid cooler stocked with ready-to-drink pre-workout and protein, plus tubs of powder, pre, and BCAAs right there if you ever run low. The vibe is purely for lifters--you'll see everything on the TVs from OG powerlifting footage to anime playing in the background. It's a dedicated bodybuilder haven, and honestly, a part of me wants to keep it a secret so the squat racks stay open.

Literally. I saw anime, an action movie, 2 football games, and videos of Chris Bum working out on a loop for encouragement.

I also love that they offer Pilates classes because it gives me more variety in my routine and keeps workouts fun. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me feeling humiliated, threatened, and unsafe. One day, I was following my normal workout routine and minding my own business while using the ab machine. During my workout, I was approached by a young female employee at the gym. Without greeting me or introducing herself professionally, she stated, verbatim: "I know you like me, so give me 3 of your friends' phone numbers." She then handed me a referral card and said she would return shortly. I was caught off guard by both the tone and nature of the interaction. Nonetheless, I continued my workout and began filling out some information on the card she provided. When she returned, she demanded my personal information. I responded by asking for her information as well, since she had approached me for marketing and referral purposes while I was exercising. The employee then returned to the front desk area and began speaking with another employee named Wiss. Shortly afterward, Wiss approached me and insisted that I hand over the referral card containing my personal information. I declined, as I did not feel comfortable providing personal information after the interaction that had just occurred. I attempted to continue my workout peacefully and avoid further confrontation. After this, Wiss began speaking negatively about me to another gym member who was using the machine next to mine. Once she walked away, I asked the gentleman cwhether ushe had been speaking about me. He advised me not to let it upset me and to ignore the situation. I then moved to another machine to continue my workout in peace. Despite this, Wiss approached me again and stated that the other employee had "given her side of the story" and asked for mine. I explained that there was no conflict from my perspective: I had simply declined to provide personal information and continued my workout. The situation escalated further when Wiss returned to the front desk and spoke with the original employee and a man identified to me as Marcos, who claimed to be a district manager. When I attempted to calmly explain what had happened, Marcos refused to listen and instead threatened to remove me from the gym. He also claimed there had been "multiple complaints" made about me, which was both shocking and completely inconsistent with my experience as a member. At no prior time had any employee ever raised any complaint or concern to me. At this point, feeling uncomfortable and concerned for my own protection, I began recording the interaction on my phone. During this exchange, Marcos aggressively approached me in a manner I perceived as physically threatening. Rather than escalate the situation, I chose to disengage, leave the gym, and continue recording for my own safety. As I exited the facility, the original employee began recording me on her personal phone while yelling obscenities, including "F*** you," making obscene gestures, and falsely accusing me of attempting to speak to minors. These statements were completely false and deeply damaging. I also observed Marcos continuing to approach me from behind while threatening to revoke my membership and behaving in a physically intimidating manner. I left the gym without retaliating, raising my voice, or engaging in any physical confrontation. However, I left feeling shaken, humiliated, and genuinely concerned by the behavior displayed by multiple Crunch Fitness employees and management representatives. No member should be subjected to harassment, intimidation, false accusations, or threatening behavior while simply trying to exercise peacefully.

I'd like to go for a quick in A and out session and sometimes for a complete work out, and I feel I can accomplish that in a safe, clean and comfortable space with them. Their staff is always been kind and helpful, They have a variety of classes to choose, I occasionally take Zumba classes that are so fun. Also, I like that their mobile is very user friendly, and I use it to get in, and to schedule and sign in for classes. One thing I like is that they open until 9 pm during the week, so I can go later after the work day and they have classes available in the evening, they are open the weekends almost a full day, so that's been very convenient for me. Okay, I've gone from three stars, to four stars, and now back to three. Am I just fickle? No, I…read moredon't think so. Some endemic problems just go unnoticed until a moment occurs when such issues are revealed. Two issues, one old an unresolved, and one new have resulted in this downgrade. The old problem is unresponsive management. I have had a constant compliant about informing gym users to USE provided sanitary wipes after they use equipment. I was told in January (it's now nearing the end of May) that new signs were in the works. To date: nada. A gym up in Ocoee had a health contagion spread for reasons like this. The new problem is that management simply avoids the customers. Just this morning, a woman with developmental disabilities got he phone thrown at the door. A professional trainer - a man who is quite competent and caring - witnessed the event and took it upon himself to help sort this matter out. As he was helping settle things down, a manager sat ten feet away, in an office, door closed. Harris Rosen, a fine and charitable man, would not have tolerated this at the place where he once swam and chatted with his customers. Poor management is endemic, but I'm disappointed that it happens in a place where the line staff is so good.

My daughter enjoyed competing in the 50-meter long course. The water temperature was spot-on and the pool itself was spotless. The whole complex is well maintained with clean restrooms and working drinking fountains. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping things organized and swimmer-friendly. There's convenient off-street parking all around the facility, and plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby making it perfect for multi-day meets or out-of-town families. It can be a little tricky to find the pool for the first time since it's tucked away off the main road, so don't rely solely on a quick glance at your map. Once you're there, everything's easy to access. We only wish there was a bit more spectator seating. With big events like this, the stands fill up fast. Overall, it's a top-notch swim venue and a great experience for swimmers.
