Love this place, it is my go to for dinner and drinks with my boyfriend. The waitstaff is nice and attentive without being too much and are very quick with requests. I would say the appetizers/small plates are better than their actual meals but that is because the dinners are good but the apps are great! I would highly highly reccomend the parmesean truffle fries I would not be able to dine here and NOT order those fries they are so delicious! Their rotating and seasonal menu keeps things fresh and lets you try some new things which is great for regulars. The cocktails are strong but very good still. I have never had a cocktail here that I have disliked they are all delicious and interesting and you can tell a lot of thought went into their creation. They have a creative collection of cocktails and a large variety of wine and beer. The Buffalo chicken wing dip was excellent with the perfect ratio of dip to pita chips. I had the Bone Marrow Melt sandwich which was loaded with short rib but I felt that the short rib was a bit overdone and somewhat dried out. The server was helpful, friendly and attentive. Had been here a couple times and liked it. Hadn't been in a while and thought it might be nice to go back. On a Saturday evening mid October we stopped in hoping for a table but the place was busy so we weren't sure what the wait would be. We walked in and the hostess immediately from the start, before we had a chance to say one word, was snarky, rude and very unpleasant. No hello. No welcome. No smile. Nothing. She asks if we had a reservation, I told her unfortunately we didn't. Her immediate response was to say they didn't have anything and wouldn't for the rest of the night and even if the reservation app says there's a table she wouldn't be accepting it and seating us it in an irritated tone. So ok, was that last part necessary?! How rude. I was shocked and said "really?! Wow. That's how you are choosing to respond?" To which her reply was to say with an attitude and not bothering to even look up or back at the bar, "well you can sit at the bar if you want but you won't find anything." At this point I was disgusted and totally turned off from this place so we left. I sent a message via the website to management, but never received a response. We won't be back. Won't be recommending the place to anyone. What a shame. Will happily be spending our money and time elsewhere. read more

I would NEVER. Imagine a single Black woman coming into the establishment and getting such subpar service in 2025. After ordering my drink and getting my food, no one came to check on me. I was sitting at the bar where people where walking back and forth. I am sure they were doing things but the place was not crowded. My server was pussy footing in the corner of the bar with a couple. I have to ask someone else for my check because l could not get her attention. When l needed a to go box, l asked yet another person. Icing on the cake, she brought the box to a certain point at the bar and tossed it along the counter. I was flabbergasted. She seen my face and walked away. When l asked for a manager none was on duty but the original server who ignored me was the designated person on duty. When l explained what happened she talked over me. I got the sense she New about what happened and made excuses for the other woman. I was not going to argue with her. I simply left. The drink was good. I was offered fried with zero condiments. Had a lovely dinner here a few days back. Lori was our server and she was super nice. The ambiance is casual but it can get noisy when busy. The bathrooms were clean and smelled good. We shared Eggplant Rollatini for our appetizer. It was very good with the most delicious marinara sauce. But at $10, we only got 1 tiny piece. I had the Veggie Slider, the flavor was on point but the patty was a little greasy. Husband had the Wagyu Slider and he loved it. The Parmesan Truffle Fries were so flavorful and perfectly crispy. The Greek brussels sprouts were average and the pieces were either undercooked or overcooked. The flavor was pretty underwhelming. The peppers were the only thing I liked about this dish. Absolutely love this place for the atmosphere, the drinks, the food, and the staff! My only complaint was that my wife and I couldn't get a table because it was so busy. We've been there a couple times before though and I should have known to make reservations. We ended up sitting at the bar where the bartenders were great. The drinks are outstanding here! I decided to get an Old Fashioned with Buffalo Trace and Mike makes a phenomenal old fashioned! I had 3 of them which I usually don't do. I was also impressed with his knowledge of bourbon and his attention to detail. My wife had an espresso martini which is so good here. For food, we started with chicken lemongrass dumplings, Brussels sprouts, and Parmesan truffle fries, which were all delicious! Dumplings were perfect sharing size and light. I then got the grilled cheese with bacon which was such a great recommendation from the stella staff and my wife got the orchard salad with grilled chicken. We were both extremely satisfied. We went with the donuts for dessert which were excellent. Melissa made my wife a Ben's Banana martini (had the perfect amount of caramel) and she was obsessed! We had not been back to Stella Blu since the start of the pandemic, and I'm very happy to say that food and drinks were as good as we recall, and we had friendly efficient service as well. Stella blu serves great cocktails and small plate "american tapas", in addition to traditional size entrees. On this last visit we honed in on a few bourbon based cocktails which were both delicious. For food, we chose some real comfort food, some sliders and fries which were as good as those served in some 5 star restaurants. I would return again for the fries alone! We came here en route to Manchester for a show and had a great meal. We were tempted by several large plates but opted to get several smaller plates for variety. All of them were yummy, but were especially liked the carnitas and the sliders. The sliders were actually a little overcooked, but remained moist and were so flavorful that we forgave them quickly. Saturday, 6:30 p.m. reservation. Seated in a dark side room where I got whiffs of the bar trash and you were away from any ambiance that you typically dine out for. Food was a bit expensive for serving size and what it was. I had the duck breast for $32. De-boned fillets. The potatoes looked like french toast sticks. The duck was good, I was just expecting a different presentation. My wife ordered flat bread pizza. It was tasty. $18 a bit high. Drinks were good. Waitress was ok but not in any way exceptional. We asked for water refills, never received them. At one point I saw the hostess setting a table next to us, she dropped the same utensils 3 times in a row and than a 4th time by the bar. When we were on the way out, the bar was stacked with over-served 30 something singles being a bit loud for my taste. The restaurant imagery gives you the impression of a new wave, exciting, up-to-date, eating establishment. My wife and I weren't mildly impressed. We won't be back. read more

We dared to sit outside on Friday night (fall weather creeping in) and Ashley (sp), our waitress was fantastic. She was helpful and very timely in approaching us at just the right key moments. I had the short rib which was good and I enjoyed it. My partner had the duck breast and was disappointed. The plating wasn't very appetizing, the portion size of the duck was really small and it had maybe a teaspoon of what appeared to be chutney on top- but it needed way more or some sort of sauce with it. Booked in January and had early supper 5:15 being only time they had.. Overall, the food was ok but the bread on top of the onion soup and under the beef Tournedos was inedible, neither one could be cut even with a steak knife! As an amature chef, I know that if it isn't edible, it doesn't belong on the plate. My wife ordered two appetizers as her meal and asked to have them brought out with everyone else's meals. Her Tournedos was served as an appetizer well before any other meals came out. It was apparently a misunderstanding with our server. The service was very good other than the misunderstanding. The only other complaint I have is the Carribean Jerk Wings although cooked exactly as I like my wings, had no perceptible sauce on them. We came here for a date night because a friend recommended it. Their outdoor dining is super cute and cozy. We got crab cakes, sliders, thai dumplings, and the tuna app (forgot the exact name sorry). I got a seasonal cocktail as well, the apple cider one and it was really tasty. My favorites were probably the dumplings and the crab cakes. Everything was pretty delicious other than the rice for the tuna appetizer. The rice was hard and overall didn't taste amazing. The dumplings are pretty unique with the lemongrass flavor & they give an amazing dipping sauce. The crab cakes tasted fresh! BUT omg the star and award goes to their creme brûlée cake dessert. We got this as an afterthought but I'm so grateful we did. I swear it's the best dessert I've ever had. The cake was moist and spongey and the top was caramelized like a creme brûlée. There was also a custardy portion. I didn't know creme brûlée and cake would be my dream combination but it is. I would come back here just for this. The modern layout is super nice. When we arrived, it says "please wait to be seated" so we waited for good 5 minutes and literally all the staff in the restaurant was gone. No bartender, no waiters, no hostess. Little weird. Food was hit or miss. We enjoyed chicken potstickers and sliders even though I would of preferred mine less cooked. Cheese sandwich was extremely greasy. I asked for something like a pickle to cut the grease and they don't have anything. Same with Brussels sprouts- great to begin with but the more you eat, the oilier it gets. I would try this place one more time to try other things on the menu. read more

One of the highlights of Nashua, NH. The setting is in the middle of the street featuring a humble bar area with a spacious backroom. Since the clientele tend to talk loudly and the interior architecture reverberates the noise, eating there can be somewhat difficult as you will have to speak loudly in order to have a conversation or place your order. No matter, though. Our meals were absolutely fantastic, and kudos to the ambitious team eager to get culinarily creative. The buffalo chicken dip is among the meatiest I've had, although a bit more buffalo sauce and cheese would bring it to the next level. The duck confit was also sweet and savory. The highlight here is the steak frites which is cooked to perfection with a balanced arrangement of spices that bring out the flavor. My mother had the baked stuff haddock which she reported as being exceptionally flavorful and generously stuffed. We must also mention the absolutely decadent yet delicious bananas foster. I don't think I've ever tasted a more delicious dessert of this kind. read more

This place was one of the worst I've been to in a minute. Our server was awful and so slow. Food came out wrong (literally forgot the chicken for a chicken dish) so then we sent it back and the second round came out uncooked with about 3 pieces of chicken. The drinks were gross, poorly made. Don't get me wrong, I like my drinks strong but I don't love drinking gasoline. I gave two stars because the appetizers (Buffalo chicken dip and dumplings) were the only thing appetizing about the experience. My favorite place in Nashua. Always great drinks (not too sure why one would come here if they don't want an alcoholic beverage) and the small plates are perfect for sharing and being able to have a taste of many different things and also (again) great when drinking cocktails. Every once in awhile the service may be slower than usual but it has never been unbearable. Outdoor seating is awesome but we also love to sit at the bar and that makes for very attentive service! I would say if you aren't a drinker (or are pregnant or whatever) maybe don't come here? But if you want a nice night out for a date or to meet up with friends I don't think there is a better place in downtown Nashua. read more
