    Burnt bottom of pizza

Order a Marguerite large pizza. After ordering a couple of cheese steaks. I wanted to try a pizza. pizza bottom crust was black . Nothing like eating burnt crust . Never again.

Plastic inside the dough of the pizza.

Daughter was choking and pulled a piece of plastic out of her mouth. Found the pizza was filled with plastic inside the dough. This is the 3rd issue in a row with them.

It's been couple weeks since I've visited Philly and had the amazing Philly cheesesteak and Italian hoagie from here. My cousin called in an order and picked up, the food came home pretty quick. I have no words to express how amazing the cheesesteak was since I had a not so good experience earlier in the day with cheesesteak from another well known location. Hands down one of the best cheesesteaks I have ever had. It had Cooper American cheese and it was my first time having a cheesesteak with that cheese. Every bite was worth it. The Italian hoagie was great as well. It had Cappicola, Ham, Pepperoni, Genoa Salami, Provolone cheese and all the fixings. The hoagie was delicious but my vote goes to the cheesesteak. If you are in the area definitely check out this place.

This is a hidden gem in the northeast section of Philadelphia. I got the grandma pizza here and it so good and flavorful. Nice char on the crust and the tomato plum sauce is fresh. My next time is the cheesesteak I been hearing nothing but good things about it. Overall this is becoming my regular spot for pizza

Never a disappointment always very tasteful and great quality personality I think Stela's has the best in Philly! Only negative is no diet soda lol

    Cheesesteak with cooper sharp

One of the best cheesesteaks I've had so far in the city and look forward to going back to try their other selections

Had a friend give me a gift card to Stella's Pizza. I've known of it but I've never tried it so it's excited to have something new. The upside down pizza with added pepperoni was a very well balanced, tasty and nicely crisp. The sauce was excellent and the cheese and seasoning was superbly balanced. What would pizza be without a cheesesteak, so that's what I did. I got extra cheese (amercian & cheddar, no copper here) and double meat because why not. Very fresh roll, nicely chopped meat with a good balance of onions and cheese blended throughout. Perfect flavor of the steak, very solid here. The extra meat really made it very hearty. Happy I tried it and would definitely come back.

I love Stella's cheesesteaks. they are so huge. You can make two steaks out of one. The bread is seated and the cheese is Cooper. Awesome! The wings are great as well. Today I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and it was so dry I couldn't even swallow it . They don't use real chicken breast so it's turn off . Other wise food is great zzz

Our server apologized for a delay in taking our drink orders. She was attentive the rest of our meal. I ordered a Charles deGaulle whiskey cocktail. Lemon, aperol and simple syrup added a refreshing twist. For entrees, my wife ordered the pacherri; a simple pork ragu with tender broccoli rabe, Parmesan, stracciatello and basil. The dish was delicious. I enjoyed my plate of sea-inspired tonnarelli nero. Bay scallops in crab ragu with fennel sofrito. Served with squid ink pasta that imparted a slight brininess. The pasta was cooked pangrattato style-- coated in panko bread crumbs and garlic. The dish had many flavors but they all came back to the theme. Cocktail prices and entree prices were very reasonable. They offer happy hour drinks and specials. Certainly a very good choice if you're in the area.

The short rib over polenta was probably my favorite thing on the table - it fell apart easily and the polenta underneath wasn't as heavy as I expected it to be. We got the salted caramel budino for dessert too, and I was glad it wasn't one of those desserts that's so sweet you can only handle two bites. Would go back honestly. Probably order something different next time just to try more of the menu, but I'm getting that ricotta again no matter what.

I personally would order this as my meal if I could. room temp, oily, good crunch to soft ratio. Judion Beans: good beans. they are on a similar wavelength as butter beans. honestly I get them for the table for the extra bowl of oil at the bottom to dip the crusts in. Creamy Oregano Salad: very interesting. small shaves of mushroom and fennel. very slight bitter taste. oddly addictive. the olives were my favorite part. i'd consider these friendly olives to those suspicious of olives. and the olives are cut in halves, so easy to pick out. so are the mushrooms. easy split for a table of four. beyond that i'd get two. *ADD ON* pickled chilies: very good. I suggest adding this to the pie. they are green, spicy, delicious, absolutely lovely. Corn Pizza: all together very delicious. my favorite part are the cherry tomatoes on top, which I would really like to be an add on option to other pies. they are the perfect flavor and size. i'm not particularly a tomato fan, especially whole. these are a rare exception. Classic Pizza?: solid, no notes. good as always. My only wish is that they offered a sauce to dip my crust in. they have very good crust, perfect ration of crispy and fluffy. just needs a sauce. Overall, great service, the manager greeted us to check on our meal, our server was attentive, the vibe is great inside.

Makes it a great spot for a pizza date night. The pizzas absolutely are the star and they care about the quality that they put out. I've never had a pizza that wasn't within their consistent standard. The corn pizza, when in season, is a stunner and a reason to go on its own. The small plates are all delicious and if you like wine, the list they have is really strong always. All of the above said, every single time I go I see the bill and I say to myself, "oh that was a little more than I thought it was going to be." Has it stopped me from going back? No! And I don't think it should be a deterrent, but good to keep in mind. Like I said, the food is so great and the staff is as well. As a whole package, though? 4-stars!

Fortunately, I got booked on a flight out the next morning and found a hotel in the city. Other than running to a drug store, my only other time leaving my hotel was to grab dinner at Pizzeria Vetri across the street. I enjoyed the food, the service, and the ambiance. I was immediately seated upon arriving to Pizzeria Vetri. I was asked if I wanted to sit at the bar, at a table, or at the pizza counter. I chose the pizza counter so that I could watch staff making pizzas. As I was there on my own, the serving staff continued to stop by and check on me. The menu includes neopolitan pizzas (12" feeding 1-2 people) and metro pizzas (28" feeding 3-4 people). They make pizzas, calzones, antipasti, and salads. I chose a Neapolitan-style pepperoni pizza consisting of pepperoni, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and fresh oregano. It was quite filling and absolutely delicious!
