    STOP AND LOOK NO FURTHER!! I promise you Stef is the wedding planner you will need and want! She has such a vibrant and supportive personality that you'll find yourself smiling everytime you speak with her. Wedding planning is a lot and can be strenuous but Stef is with you every step of the way and makes it easier, way less stressful, and FUN! She's organized and thinks of all the little details, even ones that I never would have thought of. Stef basically drew up our wedding timeline and made sure we were able to include all of the things we wanted in the wedding. She's realistic and will let you know what might not be doable, but then will give you alternative options. She has a bubbly, can-do attitude and is available for you anytime! Our wedding venue unfortunately had to cancel on us a month before the wedding and Stef immediately connected with us to help find other options. She even handled telling all the vendors so that we wouldn't have to. The week and day of the wedding, Stef and her amazing team was in constant contact with the vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. They also frequently checked in with me and my now husband to make sure we were okay and having fun! I can't emphasize how amazing and supportive Stef and her team are!! Especially on the day of the wedding, I felt like I had no worries and was able to just enjoy the day. We really connected with Stef throughout the whole process. By the end we can honestly say she is not only a great wedding planner but also a good friend! So look no further and call up Stef

    Stefanie is an AMAZING wedding planner! We are professional wedding photographers and we had the privilege of working with her at a wedding at Red Rock Resort and Casino Las Vegas last weekend. To say that the day was a complete success, would be an understatement! She really shines with her attentiveness to the couple and all involved in creating a magical event. We sincerely appreciated how attentive she was to the wedding vendors. She kept bringing us water and snacks while we were photographing the day! How sweet is that?! We appreciated her friendly, kind approach and she is so easy to work with and communicate with. This really helps all of the vendors to work together to create a smooth wedding day. Her positive and fun energy is invigorating to be around.     My spouse and I were able to host a terrific Wedding for our guests thanks to Stef & her wonderful team! Specifics about our event: Venue, Caterers, etc.. were all external. Around 200 guests, Chinese Tea-Ceremony, & Dinner Reception (no ceremony). Event time was 5 hours (though we probably ran closer to 7). Stef understood that our priority was making sure our guests had a great time, and that's exactly the feedback we've heard from everyone who was there! From the planning side of things -- Stef kept us on task and made sure we had our vendors lined up and ready. In fact, our Photographer, DJ, and Party Rental companies were her referrals and they were great. She helped us with the day of timeline and logistics. Behind the scenes we knew she was helping us put out fires with vendors or alerting us if something needed our immediate attention. Coordinating 7 different vendors (Venue, Caterer, Bartender, DJ, Dessert, Photographer, & Party Rentals) is no small feat. Her experience is an invaluable asset in getting ready for the big day. Day of Coordination -- Stef and her team were basically extensions of us and acted as our event hosts. They did an awesome job directing traffic for our guests. Their hard work allowed us to enjoy our party while they took care of the small details. This is why you hire a Day of Coordinator. Bottom Line: Our guests enjoyed a great party and we as the couple have a bunch of wonderful memories of our special day.

    We want to start off by mentioning that Stellify Events is absolutely outstanding. We love Stefanie, and her staff on the day of our wedding, Justine and Kelli. Our wedding was amazing and give a lot of credit to Stefanie as she was on point in coordination with all the vendors. From photographers to the Cirque and Tahitian performers we hired, she was very organized in managing all the moving parts that happened in our special day. There were several times in the actual day of our wedding when we wanted some things changed, and with her keen experience and skill, she was able to deliver impeccably. With her charisma and passion in wedding planning, her energy was and is infectious. From day one when bringing her on board with us in planning our wedding, she was always looking out for our best interest. The way she works is trying to figure out all the desires and wants for our wedding from day one, and then finds out how to make our wishes happen. This includes budgeting, scheduling, coordination, etc. She also went as far as reviewing our vendor contracts to make sure we are receiving what we'll be paying for. Stefanie worked with us for about 5 months before the big day, trying to puzzle together our dream wedding. With her experience, she had many suggestions and recommendations for a perfect wedding that only she can provide. I mean, she's really good at her job. We loved so much the dedication and effort Stefanie gave to us, and surely the diligence she's given to each of her clients. She exceeded beyond our expectations, and we thank God she had been a big part of making us so happy on our special day. We love her so much that 5 months after, we still keep contact and are currently friends. She is so good at her craft, and we hope that if you are seeking someone to help put your wedding together wrapped up with a pretty bow, Stefanie and her company Stellify Events would be the best decision.

    my then bf (now husband) and i went to a wedding half a year or so before we got engaged. our friends' wedding was put together so well that when we got engaged and wanted a wedding coordinator, we asked our friends who they hired. with high remarks, we were excited to reach out to stellify and we were not disappointed. i've looked around and the special thing about stellify, among many other things, was that they are with you the moment you sign on with them. most wedding coordinators only work with you 3-4 months before your wedding, but stellify is with you since day 1. since the beginning, stef was super friendly and supportive. i don't know about the rest of the brides but i am a type A kind of gal who wants full control and stef complemented that so well. i truly believe she can adjust to whoever you need her to be and for my experience, she was the perfect balance of letting me take the lead while guiding me when she felt it was needed for her to step in, which is what i needed. i do events professionally but i have never thrown a wedding, so there are things here and there specific to weddings that i would've missed if not for stef. her professionalism, thoroughness, and support made planning a wedding so much easier. we hired her in spring 2019 for a summer 2020 wedding, when the pandemic hit, she reached out to talk with us about how we would like to handle it. she would suggest things but always say she will support whatever we decide, and with the ever-changing rules of the pandemic, we pivoted together so well that she truly made planning a wedding EVEN IN A PANDEMIC less painful. i've moved my wedding twice and it was relatively painless. we didn't have our wedding until early 2022 and let me tell you that our day could not have been more perfect. my husband and i kept saying to each other at the end of the night that it went better than expected. my mother who is hard to please and quick to judge told me that she thinks stef is great and asked me where i found her. my dad said that the wedding went well and it was perfect. a lot of my friends said that it was a great wedding and one even said it was the best one he's been to. we had two guests who werent comfortable eating in such a big crowd bc of COVID and rsvp for the ceremony only and not for the reception. but by the time our wedding came, numbers were low and they lifted the mask mandate. after the ceremony, they asked if they could stay for dinner. all i had to do was tell one of stef's girls and they got it handled. stef made sure we were hydrated, that we got something to eat, and any time I needed anything or had any questions, stef and her team were quick to act and on top of it. they even provided little snacks for our photographers. i couldn't be happier. i cannot stress this enough, even for someone like me who throws parties professionally and well, you dont want to worry about logistics the day of your wedding. you want a good team behind you on your special day. get a coordinator and get stellify early as they get booked up quickly.

    tl;dr: Stef and her team are A+. I had a last minute happy hour I wanted to sponsor with my startup and Stef helped pull everything together. I reached out to Stef on a whim 2 weeks before a conference at UC Berkeley. I told her about my company, the industry we were in (robotics) and how we wanted to host a happy hour after the conference for the attendees. I told her that the happy hour I went to the year prior was hosted by a major banking institution in the Silicon Valley and that I wanted to throw the same event but as a smaller 10 person startup and a quarter of the resources. She was supportive, empathetic, and genuinely excited for me! She told me the time line was short but she knew that we could get it together. Working with her throughout those 2 weeks was such a stress relief for me. She was very responsive, took calls after hours, and even worked through the weekends with me. I felt like I could've texted her at any time of the day or night and she would've responded immediately. A few days prior to the event, we hopped on a call and she presented me with a breakdown of the day, down to the half hour. She had everything planned out and worked out every single detail with me. During the event she and her team helped out wherever I needed them to and went above and beyond my expectations. The real value in having them there was that they coordinated with the venue and took care of issues before I even noticed them (food was running out, cups and plates needed to be bussed). All in all, I would definitely recommend Stef and her event planning team. We will definitely work with them again in the future.

    If you're looking for a wedding planner, Stef is the one you want! She made sure my wedding day went off perfectly. I first reached out to her almost in tears because I'd spent 6 months looking for a wedding venue I could afford and felt like I was getting nowhere. She was my cheerleader from day 1. Stef helped me find an amazing photographer, florist, and DJ. She made sure to check in with me regularly and brought up all kinds of things I of course had no idea I should be thinking about. I'm a chronic worrier and knowing that Stef had my back the whole time allowed me to relax and enjoy my wedding day. I also came down with a cold 2 days before the wedding and Stef and Shelby made sure to keep me hydrated, fed, and rested as much as possible so I didn't look like a zombie in my photos! I can't thank these ladies enough!

    Highly recommend having a day-of coordinator, and hiring Stef's team to do it. We had a commitment ceremony of around 70 people, two separate locations, and a whole lot of DIY decor stuff. Even with the small guest list and what I thought was a pretty chill low-maintenance event, there were still moments during the day (and leading up to the day) where issues arose, and SE quickly and cleverly addressed and came up with solutions. Just some specific highlights of what SE helped us to work though: - Ran into a big issue with the ceremony venue where it had to partially go under construction. What was a giant headache actually became a blessing thanks to SE's planning, communication, and problem-solving with with the venue, and with us. We ended up at the same venue with better space layout, and more flexible venue schedule. - Had a lot of DIY decor, and everything was set up perfectly and logically. SE helped us with breakdown as well and what a relief was it to see everything worked out so awesomely. - Bit of an emergency with our cake delivery and pick-up where the vendor got the order wrong and wasn't ready for pick-up. SE was in contact the whole time with our Task Rabbit, the venue, and the vendor. Didn't even know there was a problem until afterwards. It's also a people business! And all points of the process, we felt like we were being taken care of and being heard, and that even though I know Stef probably had a lot of weddings this season, it always felt like we were priority. Stef and her team were on top of it while still being very warm, thoughtful, and always communicative; stern and decisive when needed. So if you are wavering between investing in a coordinator or not, I recommend going for it. It is just such a relief to not worry and enjoy the event!

    I'm a catering chef. I've done many weddings. There's event planners. There's wedding coordinators. And then there's Stef. My wife and I got married in March 2018. I thought I knew how to plan a wedding because I've been in the industry for so long. Apparently this is not the case. Stef helped us from start to finish with all aspects of our dream wedding. She and her team were on the ball every step of the way and they went completely above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. While professional, they were also super upbeat and energetic. From making sure we had water to having a breath mint at those right moments, they made sure we had everything we needed. Needless to say, having seen a wide variety of wedding coordinators, I was impressed by her and her team. My wife and I were blessed to have Stef and our wedding definitely wouldn't have had the same vibe without her. I will continue being a catering chef. Not only because I love my job, but because it'd be great to be beside Stef again to make another couple's dream wedding come true. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants the best of the best. Her heart, her spirit, and her passion for what she does is what makes Stellify Events great, Oh...and it was supposed to rain during our wedding. Instead it was beautifully sunny. Stef probably did that for us.

However, a few months before the wedding I was so overwhelmed with all the detail that Brenda offered to meet and she just helped me organized my priorities and made me feel really good about the progress I had made. She did the same 6 weeks later. OMG, so helpful to keep me going and manage the overwhelm. As the date grew nearer, she started leading more to ensure we took care of those horrible details (seating charts, signage, communication with vendors, table set ups, and the timeline, etc). At every moment she was calm, lovely, relatable, fun, reassuring, and extremely competent. The week before the wedding she came over and took ownership of all the "stuff" (candles, ceremony items, decorations, etc). That felt sooo good. She was great at the rehearsal and made sure "all the cats were herded"so we got through the rehearsal and worked out all the details. The day of the wedding? We were so relaxed and didn't think about a single thing. The tables were set exactly as we had discussed, the ambiance was amazing, every little detail she had taken care of. and then she cleaned up and stored everything for us and then brought it back to us a couple of days later. During the wedding, Brenda was a total ninja....I barely saw her at the wedding as she was in the background making it all happen so we could enjoy our guests. A guest even took a picture of her that makes her look like the super hero she is, LOL! You will LOVE working with Brenda. I cannot recommend her more vigorously. She is amazing.

She walked my husband and I through the whole process and it was seamless from start to finish. Price was right! We were able to choose from different layouts and color schemes. Since our daughter already had her destination wedding, this was a small lunch gathering for those that didn't attend. I wanted safe green to match what she had at her wedding. It was perfect. Theresa and her team managed to set up in no time and we still had plenty of time before the guests arrived. We appreciate you Theresa and your team for traveling out to Milpitas. Our daughter and son-in-law was surprised and the guests loved the decorations.

One month out, we made the decision to hire Theresa for their day-of wedding coordination, and that was the best decision we made. She helped us create a detailed timeline, to-do's, scoped out the venue with us, managed our vendors, helped setup and breakdown and of course managed the entire day-of timeline. Thanks to Theresa and team we were able to feel like guests at our own wedding. I had the most peaceful time getting ready because I know Theresa was all over it. To our surprise, she also speaks Vietnamese which came in SO handy when communicating with both our Vietnamese parents before the walk out/intro and father daughter dance, etc. a huge plus! We highly recommend Theresa. She is impeccably organized, drives every call, makes expert recommendations while always being happy to accommodate our needs and preferences, was amazing with our vendors, and even helped capture special moments from her phone. We can't recommend her and her team enough!!

    I was set to surprising my friend for her birthday and I thought a picnic would be a wonderful…read moreidea! However, I do know the struggles of setting up an entire picnic on your own (I did it two years ago for her birthday) and all the stress associated with it. Our picnic and Co made it so EASY and it was so beautiful! I scheduled it for 11:00 (the set up was ready by 9:45 as I had asked if I could drop food off) and it was held at Lindley Meadow in Golden Gate Park. I didn't end up leaving any of my food/items at the picnic place (as I had to leave to pick up my friend to surprise her!) as the picnic was unattended - and you know ever know with this city - so I ended up taking my things back with me to the car. My friend loved the set up - and so did so many strangers!! We got so many compliments on the set up that someone passing by told us that she should take a photo for us and she did! 10/10 amazing! I loved it. Our Picnic was so easy to work with and created an amazing experience - stress free!
