I recently needed to replace some printer ink and decided to stop here. The store is located on the southern corner of the plaza. When I came in, they weren't very busy at all. I was able to quickly browse and find what I needed. Checkout was fine. It took awhile for someone to come to man the cashier's desk. The staff was doing other things. But not long enough for me to get upset about it. I have a corporate account that I've used at this chain forever. So it's convenient and gives me rewards for returning used cartridges, as well. She took it and huffed and puffed with it and got frustrated that she dropped it on the floor and couldn't pick it up. The card wasn't working and she asked who I assumed was a manager for help. Apparently the system was having issues earlier on that computer so she was instructed to switch computers. She continued to have attitude while trying to make the gift card work and eventually snapped at me that it wasn't working. At this point there was someone behind me in line and I asked if I could step aside to double check the card had a balance. She quickly snipped that it was the system that wasn't working and offered no solution or if I'd like to make my purchase with another payment method. I left with no purchase or with the item I was willing to spend money on. This location has permanently lost my business due to the attitude of this employee. And it is set back from the main road with a huge parking lot shared with Burlington and Office Depot, et al. I needed some shipping labels and had a rewards coupon I needed to use, so here we came. The store is large. The front part is taken up with the print and copy section. There is only a small regular checkout register section. Aisles are fairly well marked. They had a big sign advertising a sale "clear the shelves", but there wasn't much on the clearance table or in the bins. And nothing at all that appealed. Anything paper including labels have jumped in price dramatically. I wound up getting some smaller than needed size labels that I'll put together -- rather than spend $30 on large quantities not needed. Glad to know this store is here, however, should I be in this area of town again.

I downloaded all of my documents onto a thumb drive and came ready to print and purchase a printer for my business. When I first arrived, one male employee told me someone would assist me with printing and my printer purchase. However, once I got to the print center, the experience became extremely frustrating and confusing. I was assisted by an associate named Rebekah, who directed me to the self-service station even though: * I clearly explained I needed assistance * I had my thumb drive ready * There were no active print jobs being completed behind the counter at the time The self-service area was already crowded, and multiple customers seemed confused and needed assistance as well. Several of us had to repeatedly call Rebekah back over to help. I remained patient and respectful the entire time because I understand customer service jobs can be stressful, but the level of support provided was disappointing. When it was finally my turn to use the self-service printer, I again explained that I was unfamiliar with the system because of the type of printing project I needed completed. Rebekah briefly showed me how to insert the paper, but when I had another question, she immediately walked away before fully assisting me. The entire interaction left me feeling unsupported and honestly unwelcome. As a business owner who is beginning to offer new printing-related services through my company, this experience really put a bad taste in my mouth. I normally enjoy shopping at Office Depot, but this particular location and experience made me question whether I'll return. I truly hope management improves customer assistance in the print center because customers should not feel lost or ignored when seeking help, especially during slower hours.

You simply put your credit card into the machine and each copy you print or scan is debited from your card. The process is quick and easy. The best part is you don't have to interact with anyone. When I finally received them, the cards were defective. I went to the store expecting this to be handled quickly and professionally. Instead, I was told that because I had used a coupon when I originally placed the order, they would not honor the same discount when reprinting the defective cards. I explained very clearly: I am not asking for a new discount. I am asking you to fix a defective product that you produced. Why should I have to pay more because Office Depot made the mistake? That's when I asked to speak with the manager, Zach. Honestly, I was shocked by how clueless and unhelpful he was throughout the entire conversation. He didn't seem to understand the basic reason I was there, even after I explained the situation multiple times. As the manager, I expected him to take ownership of the problem, investigate what happened, and find a reasonable solution. Instead, there was essentially no effort to help. No real explanation, no attempt to find an alternative, and no indication that he understood the frustration of making a customer wait two weeks only to receive a defective product. What was most frustrating was that I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted Office Depot to correct its own mistake. Zach's approach made it feel like the problem was somehow mine to deal with. A manager should know how to handle situations like this and, at minimum, make an effort to resolve a legitimate customer complaint. Unfortunately, Zach demonstrated very poor customer service and a complete lack of ownership. After this experience, I have very little confidence in using Office Depot for my business printing needs again. Waiting two weeks for defective cards is frustrating enough. Having a manager who doesn't seem to understand why you're there makes the experience even worse.

You can choose between color or black and white depending on what you need. Staff has always been helpful whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. They even have a large-format printer capable of producing posters, blueprints, and architectural or construction documents, which is especially helpful for specialized projects. There are also computers, document scanners, and fax machines available for customer use, along with document shredding services. They offer free Wi-Fi and passport photo services as well.
