Despite my tendency to chip or lift my nails within days, they've stayed solid well past the 72-hour mark this time. The salon, located about 25 minutes from my home on Rainbow near a freeway and behind a Burger King, is well worth the drive. It boasts an eclectic design with multiple nail stations, pedicure chairs, and private rooms for waxing and esthetician services, all under a super cute decor. The real issue still persists, why would someone need nail polish repair within 24 hours of service and then a 2nd time 48 hours later. Nail services should last longer than a day, especially with the prices that were paid.

Before we even left the salon, half of my daughter's toenail polish was already chipped or completely off. That should not be happening immediately after getting them painted. For my nails, I specifically asked for tips on two of my nails and the technician didn't do what I asked. The clear polish is also all over my cuticles, which makes the manicure look messy and rushed. I also got gems put on four of my nails and one of them has already fallen off after just one day. While this was happening, my daughter needed to use the bathroom and I was trying to get the technician's attention, but she completely ignored me. I had also asked if they could wait to start my daughter's toes until I finished my nails so I could sit with her, but the technician insisted "it's fine, I got it" and started anyway.
