Whenever I get my nails done, they never chip or lift. I don't have to worry about my hair getting stuck under my grown out gel polish when I'm shampooing my hair! She mentioned to me how her method of e-file is better for our nails because soaking and removing gel every time (like at other salons) makes our nails brittle and porous from the water. She gave me the best, most detailed mani/pedi I've ever had. She knows her stuff & she is super pleasant to be around.
