I know I'm picky, but sometimes the polish is just absolutely horrible.! Lumpy, all over the skin, partial nail painted, poor sloppy nail shaping....so many things! I was referred to FN by a friend and she too is particular. I can't believe I had not come here sooner. I live less than 0.5 mile away! I decided to rill the dice and hope for the best but prepare for the worst. I was SO HAPPY with Han my manicurist. She was sweet and friendly and EXCELLENT @ her job! I had the Deluxe pedicure and she actually took her time and gave me a DELUXE pedicure! She paid attention to detail, was thorough with the shaping AND polish was on point! Wow. Ty so much Han for such a delightful pedicure and becoming my new favorite manicurist to give me a pedicure. I've literally NEVER said that about ANYONE! She's the Best! Despite my tendency to chip or lift my nails within days, they've stayed solid well past the 72-hour mark this time. The salon, located about 25 minutes from my home on Rainbow near a freeway and behind a Burger King, is well worth the drive. It boasts an eclectic design with multiple nail stations, pedicure chairs, and private rooms for waxing and esthetician services, all under a super cute decor. They seem to welcome walk-ins, which is a bonus. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to see Brandy and enjoy the durable, beautiful work she does.

I spoke with Melissa and we never once had an occurrence of disrespect or being rude on either behalf. It seems as though you have mistaken our situation with another. Or simply trying to justify your choices regarding our review. Either way, thanks for the response. The real issue still persists, why would someone need nail polish repair within 24 hours of service and then a 2nd time 48 hours later. Nail services should last longer than a day, especially with the prices that were paid.
