I had the tandem of Stephanie Young & Lia Marie + their assistant Julei hired to sell my condo and help purchase my first SFR back in March of 2015. They are extremely professional and experienced, and immediately gave me tips on what to repair, what to leave alone, etc to get my condo ready to sell. In addition, I don't have the easiest HOA board to deal with, but Stephanie had the patience and professionalism to deal with the board, inform them of every open house ahead of time, abided by their rules of sign placement outside the building and gate policies when having open houses. I have worked with several other realtors in the past for other homes I have purchased, and there isn't a realtor that can compare to the professionalism, honesty and commitment Stephanie and Lia has to their clients.
