The staff at VFD has been so patient with me through the years and has partnered with me to achieve the smile of my dreams! They answer all my questions and help to provide an accurate quote for any out of pocket expenses I may have. So what's it like going to the dentist during a pandemic? Surprisingly it's pretty normal,going to the dentist during COVID was a major concern for me. I'm happy to report VFD is doing an amazing job keeping everyone healthy and safe. They have limited seating in the waiting area, mask are required. Both the dentist and hygienist wear both a mask and a face shield and there is hand sanitizer everywhere! Long story short if there was a cleanliness award during the pandemic VFD would easily win the award!

It gets worse and I promise you I had PERFECT teeth beforehand and the other dentist I saw agreed but chemo patients/ Cancer patients nobody will treat and i have had no money to correct the debacle. The team worked with me, they offer financial options, they offer treatment plans on a schedule that is convenient for the patient. I am a super busy mom of three. You will be promised that they will only charge you what you are you will be reimbursed from your insurance company, but you will then be charged an exorbitant amount of money on top of what your insurance will reimburse you, meaning you will be out of pocket for hundreds of dollars. Their billing department will send you a bill MONTHS after your visit, and will be completely unwilling to work with you on it. I would definitely recommend you choose a different dentist practice if you have the choice.

This office often feels family-oriented. To begin their net renovated space is really nice and cozy. It's located right near Lee-Davis. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. What I love about this office is that they offer Saturday appointments which comes in handy if your week schedule is busy. Dr. Lee and Dr. Koh always are willing to answer questions and make sure that you're comfortable with whatever services are needed for your dental care. The office is kid friendly as well.
