The most expensive would take a couple of weeks to resolve if major changes needed to be made. When my wife walked in she saw the store was clean and well lighted. It had many displays of beautiful jewelry. The jeweler on duty was professional and accessed the situation quickly! He examined the prongs in question and assured her that all is well. There was no reason to cut off the ring or do any other work. There was no charge and we were happy campers!
