I recently needed to replace one damaged tire on my Highlander. Blake, the Shop Manager, personally…read moreexamined all the tires and explained why the failed tire could not be fixed. He also showed me that one other tire was worn and not long for replacement. He explained alternatives and, also, asked for my personal situation losing the use of my car for over a day so the replacement tires I selected could be installed. The tires I wanted had to be ordered but, in order to help me, an employee went to pick them up at the supplier. Rather than have me wait perhaps 4 or 5 hours while they got and installed the new tires, Julie offered to take me home and, when the work was done, she came to my house to take me back to the shop to get my car. I want to compliment and highly recommend having your vehicle serviced at the Midas Short Pump, on Broad St. and Short Pump Rd. The personal attention and service I received was way beyond anything I could hope for. Everyone was courteous , efficient, effective, and clearly operating to the adage "the customer comes first". Outstanding service in every way! A.R. Cruz

We were already behind on getting the inspection so we just paid it. But recently I heard my brother and another family friend took their cars for inspections and they were both also about $3,000. There is no way they ALL cost $3,000 that is too much of a coincidence. Save yourself and never go here, stay away and find some place else!

Was very surprised to see it fail inspection for "wiper blades". After strongly debating them it was either (1) pay $60 for a incredibly overpriced pair of their wiper blades or (2) fail the inspection and have to pay again to have it inspected; likely to wait for them to find the next "concern". Even when I offered to walk across the street to buy a reasonable priced set of wiper blades at a parts house I was told they would not wait and would fail the truck. I told the manager how upset I was and that this was a complete ripoff. Told him they would get a one star review and I would never return, which led to his reply of "that sounds like a good idea". The fact I had to wait 5 hours for this was icing on the cake. Will never go there again.

They were very nice and informed me if they needed to fix it, it would be around $35. About thirty minutes later they gave me my truck back and told me I had a couple small holes that couldn't be repaired as it had already been plugged. I was offered to order a new tire which I didn't do because I wanted to discuss options with my husband. I assumed there would be some type of inspection charge seen as I wasn't ordering the tire but I was not charged anything.
