Haven't been here since my last review. Some places deserve a 2nd chance this place is not one of them. Came to try a sampler figured it's been 2 years it has to get better. Now I realize the people near stereo will drink anything. 1st beer I tried that is suppose to be an ipa, but it'd nothing close to it. Almost spit out, horrible beer it's called In sound, way out! Skip. 2nd beer, house IPA Debader, just sad no hops no real flavor, probably a single ipa, but very bland. If you like ipas this is not the place. 3rd beer, the summer sun, it's a sour. This earned the review at least one star. I am not a Hugh sour person, but I can tell it's decent. Taste similar to cough syrup that went bad, but still has a mild sour to it. 4th beer, not really a beer but a slushi. It's there house Seltzer mixed into a slushi mix. At 11% it has kick, very tasty, curious what the Seltzer is like by it self. Overall the location is beautiful inside, but there beers are nothing special. If it's close to your house worth checking out once, but not worth a drive to check out. read more

I've been coming to Stereo even before it was called Stereo Brewing. The previous tenants were Bodhi Leaf. BTW they had a collaboration beer, that had so much coffee in it that I couldn't sleep the night I drank it. I met Rick, the owner during their soft opening; I think I walked in thinking Bodhi leaf was going to be there. I was immediately charmed by Rick's charisma, DIY ethos, and want to succeed. Like me he is/was & continues to be the evolving business owner. Anyways shortly after the Chamber of Commerce did their Ribbon Cutting. I took a great photo of him and his father at that event. If I ever find that photo again, I'll upload it here. The beers are great, the atmosphere is warm, and the staff/tribe he has around that has grown is a testament to Rick's amazing vision, hard work, and love for the place he's built. You should go here. It is a great little brewery. My niece knows the owners, and we threw a baby shower for her in the back room. Though she was not drinking, it was nice to have a variety of delicious beer for those of us that were. The main brewery space is set up with tables and TV's. It is dog friendly if you like dogs. It is also kid friendly. We had access to the back area where the brew tanks reside. We set up tables and brought in food for the shower guests. The brewery website contact page has details if you would like to plan a private event. Of the beers I tried, I really like the Emotional Rescue Pale Ale. I like pale ales, so this fit with my taste. My wife liked their Passionate Emile Berliner Weisse. It is a sour brewed with passion fruit. The place, including restrooms is super clean. The owners and staff are very friendly. They take Google Pay (and likely Apple Pay) if you want to tap your phone. There is both street parking and a parking lot. Again, you should go here. read more

LOVE this place! Right now during COVID-19 quarantine, they are delivering beer, any size order. It comes within 30 minutes or faster. Their own associates deliver it so you know you're supporting them directly during this crazy time. The beer is delicious. They have fun names too. I really love their Emotional Rescue IPA. The service is great. The guys who deliver the goods are wearing masks and gloves so they're being safe. It's a win, win right now. You're supporting your local small business and getting great beer. Excellent, creative concoctions here, from their Perfect Day IPA (appropriately named) to their Death of a Ladies Man double IPA (I can relate) and Forever Changes Hazy IPA, and, if you are so inclined, heir oatmeal stout they call "Wall of Sound" ain't too shabby. The chips and dip are very good, scratch made by some local dude and locally sourced I am told. The staff is friendly and informative and the mood is relaxed, dog friendly and even people friendly. They have an old school turntable and play real vinyl records (for you millennial you may want to look up the terms "vinyl" and "turntable". Give it a try. WOW! Loved this brewery! The beer tenders were very polite and nice to chat with. They explained to us our options and made a few recommendations. They were very knowledgeable! Their West Coast IPA is what we usually drink af our local Tony's Original Deli Bitcoin cut in Anaheim and their BEER sign off Lakeview just past La Palma , one quick U-Turn later and Hawkeye and the crew were all smiles on a Tuesday afternoon!! This updated review has been a long time coming! I wouldn't classify myself as a beer drinker, but there is something about the way Stero brews their beers that is just SO good. Not to mention the amazing atmosphere and community stero has! They are also dog friendly (dogs are encouraged) and they have the most amazing staff!! If you can only pick one small business to support during covid please pick stero! What Rick and Amanda are doing is amazing!! No matter who takes care of you will be in good hands! This is a very chill brewery and loved it because it's not too crowded. We tried it out on a Friday night and found a place to sit quickly. The guy who poured our beers was really cool too. He was able to recommend a bear that I would like and he was spot on. I am a fan of sours and the passion fruit beer they have was delicious. That one is def a fave of mine. They have board games so you can play a quick game of Battleship, Rotten Apples, Yahtzee, Jenga, and other favorites. Come check them out...they will be turning 2 in a few days so stop by for their anniversary celebration. We will def be returning to enjoy some more beer! read more

Love this new brewery. Just opened in October 2016, they are doing a great job. The owner is great fun and the staff really friendly. The tasting room is clean and inviting, just a nice place to hang out. They are spinnin' albums of some great bands. The beers are really nice, my favorite was the dark stout, but they are all really good depending on your tastes. You will find Stereo tucked into an industrial area, which most OC breweries are with plenty of parking. The tasting flights include 4 tasters at 4 oz. each. read more

Came to visit Stereo for my first time on my own little self-made OC brewery tour. This happened to be the first spot that we came too after brunch. They had just opened up for the day and parking was a breeze there was not a lot of people in there which worked for us cause we had 10+ people with us. Place was very clean inside and has a great theme of music. You can pick records to play and the decor is gig posters from over the years. They have a couple TVs if you want to catch a game here. Also I learned that you can bring your own records and play them. So for the beers, nothing really grabbed me from what I tried. Nothing was bad I would say. I did like the red out of all of beers they had and normally I'm stout or ipa kinda guy. I will definitely come back to try more and see if maybe my palette was just off that day. I do like the music idea and the theme running here. Sure would love to have that sweet Smiths poster hanging in the actual brewery. That thing is sweet CHEERS!!!!! read more

This place serves beer for money. You can drive or walk to this location and exchange money for beer. Then once they give you the beer that you purchased you can drink the beer. Wait to swallow the beer until after it's inside your mouth. If you swallow too early you will only get air. The Tale of Ulysses is a great beer and they have some interesting seasonal ones too but mostly they have IPAs so if that's not your thing then the options are limited. read more

Came to stop by Stereo Brewing because Cross Roads Escape Rooms gives you 25% off a drink when you escape! Showed up to find a very clean, open spaced, and friendly brewery. We were lucky enough to show up on their 1 year anniversary so outside of the brewery they had a live band, games, umbrellas for shade, foosball table, and other games/arts & crafts. The beer for starters are pretty good; they have a nice crisp and full flavor; even their blonde was full bodied and tasted great! I got their Grateful Imperial IPA which was brought out specifically for the anniversary and also their Emotional Rescue which is an American Pale Ale. Both I thought were very good beers. As for the workers they were very nice and very helpful; even though they were very busy they had no issue giving me a taste of the beers before ordering them and they even gave recommendations. The brewery itself is very nice, they have a lot of seating room and when we came it was fairly hot outside but they had the A/C blasting! They also have about 3 TV's which they were playing the football game on so that's a plus. One thing I will point out is they DO NOT have a kitchen here so no food is served (they had a food truck for the anniversary party when we came). read more
