They don't just do stereos! They also do window tinting. I took my car for window tinting at the SE 82nd location in Clackamas. Everyone was so friendly and professional and in spite of all the disclosures on their paperwork, my tinting came out PERFECT!! Logan was extra helpful and went the extra mile!! He showed me on actual vehicles what each percentage of tinting looks like. It's so different to see it on the actual vehicle and I changed my mind a few times. Logan was very patient and helpful and stated that he wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I chose to tint my auto windows here since it's less expensive and they have the ceramic tinting which helps repel the heat. Amazing customer service, product and installation!! I had such a great experience! I highly recommend this business!

The 3 rd time is a charm I have a '16 Mini Cooper without an alarm system. Even local dealer reported they could not alarm this car. These days in Portland it made me nervous. Kevin and his technicians kept trying and finally with the right technician and support of their technical group it got done. I now have a '16 Mini Cooper with more protection and I am stoked. These guys are the best, honest with integrity. If you need great service and protection, they do way more than stereos, call STEREO KING!

They guarantee their work. So if they screw up they usually fix it. Be careful they don't up sell you though. These guys are good salesmen.

For safety and quality reasons, I had Anthony and his team at Tailored Auto Styling install some high visibility, highest quality heat, and UV rejection graphite tint. Even in extreme heat, without the AC on, the heat is very tolerable...and the price was incredible! Very competitive with other shops price but higher quality! Best bang for your buck! As I expand and have a fleet of trucks, I'll be taking all my rigs to Tailored Auto Styling. Thanks, Anthony!

Who you hire matters. Core values precede the work. And if someone takes pride in being the best…read morethey can be, you know they will bring that same mentality to the execution of work, especially if they want to be around long term. And, based on my conversation with Anthony, I know he loves serving people and has a vision to grow and be around for the long haul. I am asking Anthony for quotes for my office for a tint or a privacy film that allows us visibility and and prevents people from simply walking in and treating our office like an info desk for the entire building. I was very clear with Anthony that because our lease is up in less than a year, that I might be less than a year or more than a year to a few years out with the projected work, but I still appreciated getting to talk through my thoughts and what I had in mind. I am excited to see what proposals will come my way and the potential work to be done. I am more happy that I can speak openly with someone and know that they will meet me where I am at, give me the education I need on what options I have, and give me time to execute my decision. On a personal level, I love how present Anthony is. He asks great questions and is also an attentive listener. I encourage you to simply reach out and get to know him and his practice. Chatting with him feels like chatting with an old friend, and that's what I appreciate most about him.

They were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. After getting quoted $425 for the entire car with ceramic tint, we scheduled the appointment. I dropped the car off and was told it would take about half the day. I arrived back to pick it up after receiving a call about 4.5 hours later. I went inside and paid. They originally tried to charge me more than was quoted because of a total of 9 windows instead of 7 (they count the 6 inch triangles next to the front two) but Peter made it right, and only charged what he had quoted. I should've inspected the car before paying, because their were several issues with it. After inspecting it, I brought Peter out to take a look. There were several scratches up the sides of the windows, and what looked like rust particles under a few. I am aware that there would be bubbles for a few days while they dried, but this was not that. Peter told me that it was from the plastic tool that they use, and that it should go away in a few days, but if it didn't, to come back and they would redo them. I also noticed that from spraying the windows and the film, our car doors and rear seat had stains on them that were not previously there. I messaged Peter and was scheduled the next week to have them redo some of the windows and have the detail guys clean the fabrics. After bringing it back to them, they did replace the window tints that had the scratches, and I couldn't tell if they actually did detail it, because some of the liquid lines are still visible. Unfortunately, this $425 window tint is going to cost me more money because I'll have to take the car to a real detail shop to clean up. They also left scrap tint trash crumpled up on the floor of the back seat. Overall, I'm not sure how they do with car electronics, but I would personally not recommend them for window tinting.

Needing a real stereo system for my car, I investigated a few shops and decided on Mobile West. My challenge is that all of my music is on iTunes but my amartphone is Android. I don't want to Bluetooth music from my Android as it drains the battery. My goal was to use my iPod shuffle as the music source, which they said could be done. It can't. The speakers, while good, were located in an area that were blocked anytime I had my gym bag or groceries on the floor. After a few back and forths, I upgraded the stereo and put in additional speakers to give it surround sound and to avoid the side door situation. I have a tiny car, which makes it challenging. Mobile West gave me full credit for the previous equipment and the install, which I put towards the new configuration. Stereo system works, not with iPod shuffle, but with an old iPhone that I keep just for this purpose. Most important, the sound is fabulous! Several months later, I noticed the small microphone for voice commands had popped off, opening the sun visor had knocked it. I stopped by the other day and Steve greeted me at the door, remembering me and my car. After taking a look, he said the microphone should be in a different location away from the visor. Without hesitation, he said they would rewire and install a new microphone holder, no charge, since they stand by their work. I didn't have to bring my receipt or anything. He remembered me and that was good enough. I brought my car in the next morning, it took just 10 minutes to rewire to new location. Not only did it look better, it picks up my voice better. Thanks, Steve, I really appreciate you and your team!

Read my review HOWEVER there's one employee who is exceptional who was off when this all happened…read more His name is VICTOR! He is the one to work with!!! None of this is Victors fault! I am updating my review. After getting my new tires, wheels and window tinting spent almost $3k im mad! Two weeks after getting my Tires I got a nail in my tire. I had to be late for work for two hours because their website states they open at 730 but that was incorrect. They fixed the tire. Ever since then I've had to nurse my tire and stop at any place that could put air in it. I finally got off work early today and so my tire read 29psi. Victor wasn't there so I dealt with the new guy. I wasn't impressed with his customer service but I just wanted it fixed. Then when they gave me my car back they told me the kid didn't put it in the plug correctly. So they apparently fixed it. Then my tire was loosing air and automotive outfitters guy said six minutes and it will reset. Nope now I'm at Les Schwab because automotive outfitters is not willing to fix it properly. I bought a warranty with my tires but I'm now having to pay for Les Schwabs to fix it correctly. I called this guy who treated me with disrespect on the phone. I said well the owner reached out to me which he did "Harrry S" on my five star yelp review. He told me the owner sold this business years ago retired and nope he did not. I need my car for work. He also told me on the phone maybe your part is bad. I told him my car is new and I have an app that keeps records of everything that goes on with my car. So I guess I have to go to small claims court since I paid for a warranty have only had my tires for 60 days and I'm having to pay to have it fixed properly. I'm so disappointed and I'm sitting at Les Schwabs for two hours now just to have it fixed right. I just left Les Schwabs and they wrote everything down what they found that automotive outfitters did wrong on my tire. Sad. A woman makes a purchase like this gets spoken to like that and to find out you trusted the wrong people.
