The owner even came up and demonstrated what the system could do. Decided it was the one I liked and looked up some of the reviews of this brand on Crutchfield and they were all positive. They didn't try to sell me what I didn't need and I waited just under an hour with installation and demonstration of how to use the features. i came here to get a new speakers on my doors and the guy kinda gave me attitude. He included some curse words but anyways i felt like i was over charge for the stuff that i got. Speakers for all doors ran about $400 and a small subwoofer same price with labor. like i felt like this guy just threw that in to make profit for himself or something. Eventually the speakers didn't sound great. If you see some bald old looking guy, be careful what you're asking for especially from him. I just bought a new car and the sounds were lacking so I went in. Anthony knows his stuff and knew exactly what I was looking for. I didn't want heavy bass just a little extra punch and he suggested a cool little sub with built-in amp. Anthony and the owner make a good team. I recently had my car backed into a week ago and prior to that broken into and decided that I wanted a dash camera to help monitor my car. I went and spoke with Anthony and he showed me a few options and did not try and up sell me or anything. He went through packages and options he had available for every kind of budget. Come to find out I was extremely overcharged for the actual stereo and car kit( they claim to have warehouse prices)I definitely should have shopped around and compared . The actual install was messy .. my car smelled like someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes while they installed it and my now my glove box comes apart when I open it . The actual stereo is ok . Paul and his team took great care of us! Backstory: We bought a Stinger radio system directly from the retailer and had it installed by Best Buy(took two months to book an installation appointment) a week later the stereo stopped working. The company that makes the stinger radio overnighted a new brain and set us up with Stereo USA Plus to do the replacement of the brain. The owner, Paul, fit us in right away. He was very nice, accommodating and communicative even though we didn't buy the stereo from his business. Wish we knew about Stereo USA Plus before the mess we had to deal with going to Best Buy. So I decided to take my truck here they did it in one day so I take off and right away i seen that they didn't mount down the speakers underneath the seats they were just sliding all around hitting the doors and time to time get stuck underneath the driver and passages seats. I don't know why when I'm paying for installation so I had called them and told them about it and they said they would fix it and also the sound was just horrible very staticky at times it would play the sound and the bass would cut in and out just shit so I had to keep bringing it back so the 3rd time I took it back and said to re do it all they didn't call me to tell me it was done I just called and they said oh yeah you can come get it now so there I went and these guys mounted the speakers down where if your sitting in the back seat your feet will be on top of it and your feet will be vibrating which is dumb like just put them under the seats where they are hidden and wires aren't sticking out and getting unplugged so once I told them something they didn't want to fix it and began arguing with me and the owner himself told me off and slammed the doors to my truck and moved it to the front the manager at this place began to throw the keys back and forth with me and got in my face he even threw my key outside because he didn't want to do business with me when I payed money for this the owner began to tell me to bring my truck back as many times I would like if it doesn't work instead of fixing it the first time and case closed but now they aren't getting money from me I also contacted the better business bureau so they will delt with and loose a lot of customers since they can't act right and run a business my truck is still left in peices missing screws and door fittings read more

Horrible service !!!I came to get a full system put in my car. And the shitty service started with Facebook. They tell you they have certain items in stock and when you get there, the person on Facebook doesn't even work there and they don't have the stuff that you're asking about in stock. The owner cares less about wasting your time, and doesn't even try to accommodate you or give you something else for wasting your time .he will talk about you as you walk out the door and say he doesn't need your business because he has better customers. also, he overcharges you and he gives the cheapest stuff and then you complain and he will switch it out, he should give you what your pay for in the first place, he wants to see if he can get over on people and you don't notice . when you confront him about everything that's wrong you off and says he will fix it and come to find out. He doesn't even know how to do installations all he does is sit behind a desk and overcharge people and talk shit about them. He's a horrible business owner and his workers suck as well. He underpays them so they give the quality of work that they get paid! When I was there, I saw more than four people coming back complaining about the work that they got done and he did absolutely nothing about it. He will be as nice as he can to get your money in as soon as you pay he treats you like shit! I wouldn't recommend him or his other shop in Newport Beach at all. he likes to try to threaten his customers and then if he doesn't like what you say, he says he doesn't want you to come back, but he has no right to tell you don't come back when you've paid him! You pay for a certain service and he gives you the total opposite. you pay for gold and he gives you silver, that's the type of shady person Paul is he's also sexist and racist. If you want to waste your money, get poor service, get disrespected, and most of all waste your time Paul is definitely the person to deal with! if I could give him negative stars, I'd definitely would, but since I can't, he will get one star and get reported to the Better Business Bureau.
