What a stand up guy Paul the owner is he is such an honest person witch isn't normal for stereo shops typically this man will go above and beyond for his customers...... long story short I bought some alpine speakers for my challenger and a few months later started to hear a faint cracking sound but my receipt was nowhere to be found he replaced the speaker that was bad with a brand new alpine no charge no questions asked im sorry but no stereo shop I've ever dealt with has acted in such a professional manner ... At first I thought it was a great place. But then I noticed my speakers don't even fit in the rear doors right. I get a tin sound when I close the rear doors And on both rear door panels the clips were broken off to make the speakers fit. I'm not even sure if I got the right speakers either.......... based on other peoples reviews here. I should have went to the Whistle Stop on Edna Place in Covina. Bought a stereo with installation. A few months later realized the back speakers weren't working. So I opened the car stereo to see if a connection was loose. I opened to find out the back speakers were not connected. When I returned to the location the owner. Said he remembered me and that full installation didn't cover the module required for my cars back speakers to work. It would be an extra $150 dollars on top of installation that I had already purchase. The employees were very sympathetic and tried their best to accommodate but the owner said "I have a good memory, and I asked you no back speakers ok" and that I said it was ok. Not true. I bought full installations. Do a functionality check of all the speakers and functions promised before you leave. So you don't have to argue the memory of the owner. read more

Decided to try this place out since I drive by everyday and I needed subwoofer and amp installation. After the installation I picked up my car and the guy at the desk informed me the sound was off and let me know I had a bad amplifier. The sound was very distorted and almost no bass coming from my 12inch kicker sub. I returned the next morning with an amp that I had purchased less than a year ago that I had installed in a different car and asked him to try it out. After installation the sound was the same. The same guy at the front desk then told me that it was actually my Lc2i unit that was actually the one that was bad. I told him okay put in a new one I don't mind paying as long as it fixes the issue. As I went to pay he told me the guys don't like me around while they work which sounded a little shady. After the installation of the new lc2i everything sounded great but I did notice they did some re-wiring with the cables they originally installed. Something wasn't sitting right so I took my car to a different stereo place and asked them to test my old lc2i. They installed it(at a price of course) and it was working just fine. When I returned here and tried to return the lc2i, I explained to the guy at the front desk, he got upset and gave me really nasty attitude. He told me he should've just left the car the way it was when it sounded bad and I explained to him how it's his job to make sure it gets done right the first time, I am paying for the service it was not my fault his guy wired it wrong in the first place and after having 4-5 guys look at it the last guy was the only one who was able to figure it out. He offered me store credit but I just wanted my money back for buying something that was not necessary in the first place. After about 5 min of arguing with me he then demanded my card and threw it back at me after the refund was made. Very poor customer service and lack of knowledge from the guys in this establishment. 2 stars because after all that hassle, one of the guys ripping the siding in my trunk when he tried to pull it off, and losing one clip to that siding which I had to go back to ask for, the enclosure for the sub was good and in the end after countless trips to this place and after at least 4 guys who worked on it the system did sound good. However I would not bring my other vehicles here for future installation. Shady read more

Stopped by to check out why my amp was on protected mode ( which meant no highs) so Anthony helped me out by checking it for FREE which he didn't have to do, and turns out my tweeters were broken. I went to this place because they are one of the few Drone Mobile approved installers. I had a horrible experience at AP Auto in Anaheim where they tried to rip me off. All I needed was to relocate the gps module and the people at AP tried to tell me it would take 2 hours minimum and they would have to tear apart my car. I called them out on it as trying to rip me off and the manager was there too but did nothing. After I left I gave them a 1 start review and was lucky enough to find Stereo USA Plus, they were professional, knew my product, knew the job, and told me they would charged me for 1 hour minimum. They finished the job in 15 minutes ! In and out in total of 20 minutes and cost me $60. Happy to find honest pros who want to do good work. read more

We have taken our 30 foot motor home and a few cars here. We love the service. The owner always takes care of us and makes sure we purchase the right equipment. They have installed speakers, a stereo and alarms in several of our vehicles and have done a great job with everything. Recently they were done with a door speaker install and we noticed the window was not going up or down correctly. We immediately brought it to their attention and they determined the window motor was bad. They offered to replace it at no charge. The car is 16 years old, so it may have gone out on its own but they still took responsibility and replaced the motor at no charge. Great way to do business. I will keep bringing all my cars here. I was told by Crutchfield and Best buy that I couldn't put a system in my hybrid vehicle. I took my 2022 Ford Maverick Hybrid to Stereo USA plus and they proved the others wrong.They installed a very nice system in my truck and I have not noticed any negative effect to my vehicle or gas mileage. I came to buy a Apple play double din car stereo.. the owner showed me online prices and still beat them. He asked if I needed installation and I said I could handle it on my own. His install guys suggested pre wiring everything for me and even threw my trash away. My install will only take me 5 minutes now. Even after all of that the owner said if you have any problems bring your vehicle down and I'll make sure everything is correct. Had just bought a 04 4runner and wanted a stereo that has Apple CarPlay can accept a rear view camera and fit a USB outlet where my stock cigarette lighter was currently located. Everyone else was Quoting me around $1500 for the equipment and installation which I thought was crazy because parts alone were around $600.
