Excellent and very informative much better faster and offer you much more for your car than CarMax…read more They explained to me that my payoff as I saw it was not my payoff if they purchased it for me it would be less as they didn't have to include taxes etc. I thought my payoff was $18k and once they logged into my finance company it was actually $16,7 They offered me $16,4 so I only had to come out of pocket $300 to get rid of a car. Amazing deal I did not end up going that route because the Cadillac dealer offered me another $100 so I walked away from the car only paying $200. If I waited to turn the car in after end of lease I would have owed one more $600 car payment plus $2800 because I was 14,000 over mileage plus a down payment for the new car. So thanks to Car Drop educating me on my options I walked away winking. . I highly recommend them.

Final Update: Your response doesn't change my experience…read more The same vehicle that you described as having "thousands of dollars" in undisclosed issues was later inspected by CarMax, which offered me $4,500. That alone speaks volumes. Your entire response is based on your opinion of the vehicle's condition. Another national buyer evaluated the exact same vehicle and reached a very different conclusion. My issue has never been that you inspected the vehicle, it's that the preliminary expectation changed dramatically after I made the trip. If the vehicle truly had the extensive defects you describe, that should have been communicated more accurately during the appraisal process instead of after I arrived. This will be my final update. Readers can review both sides, compare the facts, and decide for themselves.

My first experience here was not all that good…read more I dropped my car off for service and the person that I was dealing with (Grody) was not Customer Service friendly. He kept my car without communicating with me that my car would be kept over night, before they even looked at it and I had work the next day. After I demanded a loaner I was able to come in the next day to pick it up. The shuttle driver Don is also super nice and patient. When I requested a car wash from Grody, he was like "No,we don't do that here." My second time around I dealt with Mot. She was ON TOP OF IT! I walked in with NO appointment (walk-in) she took my car, and they inspected and fixed the issues SAME DAY, she even offered the car wash without even me asking. (I told her about how Grody didn't even do it when I request and she was like "Oh I'm so sorry, we DO give car washes." ) So if it wasn't for my amazing experience with Mot I would've given Gunther Volkswagen of Delray a two-star rating. Thank you Mot! Shout-out to the receptionist at the front too! *ADDITIONAL REVIEW* I am rescending my previous experience and am adding the extra star back. I have been having lots of issues with my car lately, but Gunther Delray is who I will work with in the future. The other location in Fort Lauderdale incorrectly fixed my oil pan gasket leak and Delray is more than willing to help me fix it under warranty and do an oil change. They also fixed my turbo under warranty and after it was rattling, I took it back, and they are willing to fix it no problem. Thank you Mot and Grody!!

Must admit I'm always worried about up-charges and unnecessary recommended Maintenance services from any Auto Dealership but I gotta give credit to both ABREU & VANESSA for providing EXEMPLARY service. I was so spoiled by his outstanding treatment and care, I will expect this service from here on out. Purchasing a new car is usually so taxing. Horrible experience. Do not ever go there for any reason!…read more I went in to get the paint recall work done on my Hyundai. The entire top of my car has paint peeling off, and it looks terrible. About six months ago, the Delray dealership told me they couldn't help me because they didn't have a contract with an auto paint company like Maaco. They suggested I go to Coral Springs Hyundai, where they said the repair could be handled. They told me the job would take about 10 business days, and I would have to leave my car there with no loaner car. That's a 30-minute drive just to drop off my vehicle for a defect caused by Hyundai's substandard paint, with no transportation provided. Then, three weeks ago, the Delray dealership called me out of the blue and said they could now handle the recall repair locally. They told me to bring the car in and that they would provide a loaner vehicle until the work was finished. So I brought the car in, and they gave me a loaner. After five days, they suddenly called and told me to bring the loaner back and pick up my car because nothing had been done. Their explanation was that my car had been in a previous fender bender, so they could no longer perform the recall repair. First of all, they were the ones who called me and asked me to bring the car in, which would make you think the approval process had already been completed -- not something they would decide five days later after doing nothing. Second, the minor fender bender caused zero damage to the roof, which is where the paint is peeling. The bumper wasn't even scratched. What does that have to do with a paint defect on the roof caused by Hyundai's recall issue? In the end, I had to return the loaner, pick up my car, and leave with nothing done. They completely wasted my time. To make matters worse, the dealership told me this was a "corporate Hyundai decision." When I called Hyundai corporate to file a complaint, they told me the decision was made entirely by the dealership, not corporate. So which is it? The entire situation was poorly handled, misleading, and a complete waste of my time. I don't understand why they would call me in the first place if they had no intention of honoring the recall repair. All they accomplished was frustrating and losing a loyal customer.
