You fill out a brief questionnaire and get a choice of scents to choose from. For long hair (mine goes to my back bra strap) is extra. There is also a couple of extra items you can add on to. After the questionnaire, I was taken to a seat at a chair that is located in the main area. The hair dresser took pictures of my scalp and then gave me recommendation to add additional items if you wish. (they use Kerastase products) She brushed my hair and gave me a very nice scalp and neck/shoulder massage. I just wished it would have been in the back room where there was less noise. Then we went in the back room and I laid on this super comfy massage table (the massage table massages your entire body), under eye mask was placed and an eye mask over my eyes and a soft comfy blanket was placed on me. HEAVEN. She put all these treatments on my scalp and hair and I got a scalp and neck massage. Then we proceed to the main area where she blow dry my hair. It was a nice treat and I'm incredible greatful for my friends gifting this to me.

I specially asked for a basic bob with slight texture not layers. My hair is wavy and curly in back and I explained to the stylist Dyana to not cut too short because of this. Well I got the worst haircut of my life. The stylist was young and poorly skilled. I have never seen a stylist cut so much hair at one time without first measuring. When I saw the results I was horrified and then she proceeded to BLAME me for having curly hair! So unprofessional. However the salon owner saw this and tried to fix her work but you cannot fix such a bad mistake as the hair is too short. The bob is so bad that I am now flying to Los Angeles to fix this. The salon owner Mi is a very nice woman and tried to calm me down with a reduced price for the cut ( yes the t still charged me for this beauty school drop out hair cut) and gave me salon product and tried to fix the uneven cut but this morning it is worse and still very uneven. The salon owner is professional and was nice but the employee Dyana who cut my hair needs to go to school and also not blame the client for her bad work.

I came here and she did an amazing job I get people stopping me every day commenting on my dreads. Today I was in an elevator with a guy that had real dreads similar to the style I picked. The salon is very large, which houses the Paul Mitchell school and salon. What I really liked is when my daughter was done with her hair appointment, Bella walked her to the product area and showed her the product that she used on her hair that day.
