I first spoke with Misty on the phone and told her the issue I was having with my Jacuzzi J-460 (which had been pre-diagnosed by my electrician), and she was quite lovely in describing the cost of repair. It was a failed heater pump. I also needed a drain and clean since it had been some time that I had used it due to the heater pump issue. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros. I'm assuming not much as changed since we bought ours, but we had to wait around 6-7 months for our spa to be delivered. COVID really threw a wrench in the production of parts and the units themselves. So just know that going in - you're probably going to wait a few months before delivery!!

Every time I call for help or service. The female that answers gives attitude and isn't helpful. She acts like you're interrupting her morning. Then says she'll call you right back then never does. Keep in mind. Even though your spa is under warranty. They charge a service fee of $200 to $300 to come out to your house and diagnose the warranty repair. So you're still out of pocket for warranty work. Would not recommend this company for anything. Shop where you'll get better service and a place that cares for its customers.
