After seeing him, no sooner than I arrived at my residence I got a phone call from his office and said he was referring me out to a specialist in Merced, CA. which mind you was out of my insurance network. Which the specialist told me that he and Dr. Joseph would be sharing the dental work I needed and they would keep each other informed of progress! That was so untrue. The so called specialist did nothing but start something and never finished what he started and kept telling me untrue statements when I'd ask what will happen next. Drained a numerous amount of money from my personal finances as well as used all my out of network partial coverage from my insurance. Dr. Joseph is not a good dentist!! He is totally untrustworthy of his words!! I totally had an awful experience!! I would not recommend this dentist to anyone!!

The office was very clean and the office staff was courteous and friendly. It's nice walking in and having people smile and greet you. Dr. Walls is very kind and has excellent interpersonal skills. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and was able to schedule an appointment for oral surgery with only a 3 week wait. The surgery scheduler was kind and gave me a great range of dates and times. The procedure was only about $430 out of pocket (my insurance covered 80%) which was way cheaper than any other place in town. One place wanted me to pay $2,000 out of pocket. I went in for my visit for my teeth extraction on Monday and was out in under an hour. Dr. Walls played my favorite music while I was getting the teeth removed and my meds were done by the time I arrived at the pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Walls if you have teeth that need to be removed or want implants.

I go there and sign the papers and ask if I can leave now and allow grandma to stay, but no. Okay fine, still irritated about it but rules are rules. However, we get back into the consultation room and the DR does not explain anything. I have to ask what the process is, once he explains and we decide to put him under.... They tell me they can't, because he's not 13.... Like yall couldn't have told me that before wasting my time? Whoever is taking the appointments needs to learn how to communicate better. During my recent visit, the dentist mentioned that he was still upset about my decision to seek a second opinion, even after two years. This made the interaction feel uncomfortable, as I understand patients generally have the right to seek additional medical opinions. During the recent visit, I also expressed a concern about hygiene practices I personally observed and asked for reassurance. This was simply a patient concern and not meant as an accusation, but it did not feel well received. Ultimately, I decided not to continue care at this office. I believe patients should feel comfortable asking questions, expressing concerns, and seeking second opinions, and that these should be addressed in a calm and professional way.
