I got this car thanks to Rod Lejat. He's had a good history with us as he also helped my family members purchase cars as well. He did everything he could to make sure I walked out with this exact car & he executed it perfectly. Highly recommend purchasing from him.

Around the time I checked in for maintenance service, got a text asking to buy my car. Weird timing.

As far as I'm concerned, Stevens Creek Toyota has lost my business - I've been a few times over the years for maintenance services and it was never as bad as today. I had an 8:15 appointment - I did arrive 10 minutes late and it took another 10-15 min until I got fully checked in with the service advisor assigned, Jon Vu. I was doing a 40k service for my Corolla hybrid and was quoted $600 (I was sent a coupon and got $100 off). I said I was going to stay in the area and wait, and they quoted me 11-11:30AM. When I got the link to keep track of my vehicle, it said 12pm. All good, 30 min extra isn't too bad. Well, at 11:47AM, I got a message from Jon saying that the time of completion is now 1-1:30pm. I texted back (it was the same number linked as a text option in the tracking link) asking if there was any particular reason for the delay (I was wondering if there was any issue with my car). No response. At 1:40, after I had tried two of the numbers listed on the business card and after checking his desk (empty) I texted again asking for an update. Again, no response. I was getting very irritated at this point and stood outside to get some fresh air, and noticed him at his desk! Finally! I went and asked about the status about my car and it was ready. He gave the excuse that the mechanic had encountered an issue that took longer on the previous car. No apologies, no "sorry for the inconvenience/wait". Immediately processed it because I was there standing after no responses to calls. I had been there for 5+ hours. If I hadn't gone and asked for status, how long would they have kept me hanging? As far as I see it, they went way beyond their initial estimated time and showed no remorse. I'm not expecting much, but being treated like a paying customer to whom you owe at least some respect isn't asking for much. Anecdotally, I've asked friends who are also Toyota owners about Stevens Creek and either they've had bad experiences or once, a friend went with her husband, asked questions and the sales rep provided the answers to her husband. It certainly puts Jon Vu's questions to me at the start ("how are you guys finding the car? Any start up issues?") into perspective - I thought it was weird phrasing ("you guys") since I was a single lady by herself with no indication that anyone drives the car besides me. Yeah, I'm not coming back. I'll also mention that I got a text message from Stevens creek asking to buy my car shortly after I checked in at 8:30am. It sure was weird timing.

Grand Highlander Hybrid in beautiful "Blueprint"

My wife and I had a great experience with Tony. She picked up a Grand Highlander Hybrid and Tony was very transparent and willing to negotiate. I understand they have a job to do and the car is in high demand. He let me know where the wiggle room was and was even willing to negotiate a great price without us being stuck at the dealership for hours. Tony even dealt with an issue we caught after the sale in a very equitable way. Buying a car is hard and let's be honest kinda gross sometimes. Not Tony though he is a very kind and respectful person. He took such time with the transaction and patiently answered all of my wife's questions. I can't thank him enough.

Huge thanks to Rod Lehat at Stevens Creek Toyota for making my recent vehicle purchase such a great experience. Rod was professional, patient, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was straightforward and transparent. I ended up driving home in a 2026 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium and couldn't be happier with it. If you're looking for a smooth, no-pressure car-buying experience and someone who genuinely looks out for the customer, I highly recommend reaching out to Rod.

I had a very disappointing experience at Stevens Creek Toyota. I brought my truck in for an oil change, and the service advisor (a man with glasses) told me to leave it until 5:00 PM. I came back at the time he gave me, but he acted like he had no idea who I was or why my truck was there. To make things worse, the oil change was never even done. I wasted my entire day because of their poor communication and lack of professionalism. If they couldn't complete the service, they should have been honest and let me know instead of having me come back for nothing. This was frustrating and unacceptable. I hope the dealership improves its customer service and communication so other customers don't have to go through the same experience.

Very disappointing experience. I took my 2019 Toyota C-HR in expecting an honest diagnosis and a reasonable solution. Instead, I was charged around $225 just for diagnosis, and then I was given a repair estimate of $13,102.49. Even worse, I was told that if I agreed to pay that amount, the part could still take up to 2 years to arrive. That is not a real solution. That is leaving a customer stranded after charging them a large amount just to identify the problem. I trusted Toyota for years because of its reputation for quality and reliability, but this experience completely destroyed that trust. A 2019 vehicle should not leave a customer facing this kind of failure, this kind of pricing, and no realistic repair timeline. Because of this experience, I gave up my Toyota, paid extra, and switched to another brand. My family will not be using Toyota again either. I am sharing this review to warn other people: be very careful, ask detailed questions, and do not assume you will receive a fair or practical solution just because it is Toyota.

He helped us narrow down the list of cars we were looking at and make a decision that worked for us. He also scheduled all the test drives, negotiated the prices, and pointed us to a specific person at the dealership, a complete VIP experience. He did the same for our friends just this week, they bought a great car in a great condition, he negotiated the price down and steered them away from less desirable options. My friend was nervous (just like I was before ) because the process of buying a car is stressful. But after they got into the dealership and the car was waiting for them, they test drove and bought the car. My friend said: who would have thought that I can enjoy buying a car! But, in a market where cars are in high demand, supply is drastically low, and are selling for $10k+ over MSRP... thats as good as it gets. We were referred to Arkady through a friend. Hubby has a long history in retail sales, so the car buying experience has always been... eventful, as everyone knows. But now with 2 toddlers in tow, we weren't able to dedicate the months-long research, wheeling and dealing, and multiple dealership trips all over the Bay Area to get what we wanted. So we decided to give Arkady a try. We told Arkady what we wanted. SPECIFICALLY what we wanted. Down to the T. A brand new Platinum Highlander Hybrid in Pearly White. A special order color, in a very sought after trim level and combination. Arkady looked and found us a few, but we weren't ready yet. So we waited. And the aftermath of COVID was in full affect. The dreaded chip shortage. Dealer lots were empty, cars were being bought up like no other, and the market is now flooded with buyers willing to pay top dollar from a supply pool that would disappear with a sneeze. Unfortunately for us, we just couldn't afford to battle with ballers, so we waited, hoping Arkady could find us a deal. Luckily, Arkady was able to place us an order with the Toyota Factory for our specific car, in our specific trim. We waited a few weeks, putting our trust in Arkady, and we finally got the call. The vehicle had landed and was ready for us. Everything we wanted, as we had requested. Even in this market, he was able to get us below the MSRP, which is absolutely mind blowing. He promised, and delivered in spades. His cost of service is worth its weight in gold. The process was painless. He was prompt with his communication and was always straight forward. On delivery day, we met at his office and spent no more than 15 minutes doing paperwork.... to buy a car... that was tailor made to our specification.... at a deal we were more than happy with... We cannot emphasize at how valuable his services were to us, and our family thanks him greatly. Remember the kids? They didn't even have time to even THINK about throwing a tantrum before they were buckled up in the new car and we were on our way. Arkady runs a no-joke, no-frills, get-it-done business. He saved us a lot of time, stress, and yes, money during the car buying process, and has a customer for life. Thank you, Arkady, for all that you've done!

To my surprise, he told me the car was sold to him with the full PPF wrap still on it. I immediately called DGDG to understand what happened. Their response was, "You agreed to the final selling price, so there's nothing we can do now." I spent over 90 minutes trying to reach a manager. Everyone I spoke with said, "I'm not responsible; I'll connect you to the manager," and then the line got disconnected. When I tried to call back, I received no response. When I finally got connected with a manager, she said, "The buyer wanted to have the PPF, so we didn't unwrap it." And while I was still talking to her, the phone got disconnected again. I called back, but no one answered. This was a clear case of deception. They reduced the price claiming they had to remove the wrap, then sold the car as-is with the wrap still on, profiting from my loss. Avoid doing business with this DGDG. Just a couple of weeks after having my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced here, my car started having serious electrical problems out of nowhere. First, all of the warning chimes stopped working. Not long after that, the car completely died and left me stranded more than once. This is my only vehicle and the one I rely on every day to get to work, so this wasn't just an inconvenience, it completely disrupted my life. What frustrated me even more was trying to get help. For three straight days, I called the dealership over 15 times. I called the main service number and even tried calling several service advisors directly. I couldn't get through to a single service advisor. Every time I spoke with the front desk, I was told my information would be passed along and that someone would call me back. That never happened. After getting nowhere, I finally had to take time out of my own day and drive to the dealership just to talk to someone face-to-face. That's when I met Devin. I do appreciate him taking the time to speak with me and getting my vehicle scheduled. During our conversation, Devin explained that their phone system had been having issues. I understand that technical problems happen, but as a customer, that's hard to accept. If the phone system isn't working, there should be another way to make sure customers are taken care of. A dealership shouldn't have customers calling for days, leaving messages, and never getting a callback, especially when their vehicle has left them stranded. This also isn't the first issue I've had after getting my vehicle serviced here. My service history shows I've had multiple concerns over time, and it's gotten to the point where it's difficult to trust the service department. To make things even more frustrating, I was told that if my vehicle needs to stay for diagnosis, I'd have to pay out of pocket for a rental until Hyundai decides whether the repair is covered under warranty. I understand that's their policy, but when your only car suddenly dies without warning, it's hard not to feel like you're being left to deal with everything on your own. I'm not upset because cars break. Things happen. What I'm disappointed in is the lack of communication and customer service. I shouldn't have to make more than 15 phone calls over three days, never receive a callback, and then physically drive to the dealership just to get someone to help me. I genuinely hope Capitol Hyundai improves the way they communicate with customers because no one should have to go through an experience like this. A service department isn't just there to repair cars, it's there to support customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience.
