Additionally, Steve ended up working with another customer. However, I'll let it slide because the cx so happened to be a couple who I am really good friends with--we coincidentally ran into each other. We worked with Fawad, and test drove it in a loop of the dealership--I would have liked to have tested it longer by at least going on the freeway to test how the car accelerates. I am very disappointed by how I was treated. We had made an appointment and when we came, there were several idle worker sitting around and not a single greeting. Once we got to the receptionist, tone was unwelcoming. The worst part was while awaiting for service, we could audibly hear the receptionist and another employee arguing around us. The man, sitting on his chair with a cell phone in hand, shouted that he has a customer in 5 mins and did not have time for us. Then, receptionist went to ask another employee, who was also visibly irritated and loudly asked the former employee for confirmation. While I've always been impressed with all Lexus cars for their amazing build quality, there have been two halo cars manufactured by them that have captivated my fascination from the moment I first laid eyes on them. One of course is the LFA. This supercar unfortunately was impossible to get when it was released in 2010. The other drool-worthy beauty is the LC500 with its rip-roaring, naturally aspirated 5L V8. Since its original release in 2016, I've dreamt of owning one of these. Given this, I've frequented Lexus Stevens Creek many (many) times whenever a LC500 hits their showroom. Over the years, I've gotten to know different sales staff (including Daniel and Dottie), the sales manager Jennifer, the finance manager Lei and the sales developement manager Andy Huang. Every single one of these individuals has always been so helpful, polite and courteous. They were never once frustrated by my endless window shopping. As much as I came close to pulling the trigger on a LC on more than one occasion, the rational side of my brain always shut things down due to needing the practicality of a SUV or large sedan. This cycle would likely never have been broken if it weren't for the era of large displacement, NA cars being forced to end soon. With the unavoidable extinction of the LC coming rapidly, I finally felt like it was now or never. I therefore called my buddy Andy Huang up and he had the perfect spec for me. From beginning to end, Andy and Danny from sales made the whole process such a joy. The best part of Lexus Stevens Creek in general is that they are completely against any sort of dealer markup or mandatory dealer add-ons. The deal they give you is honest and the best I've ever encountered for high demand vehicles. Best Car Buying Experience - Ever! I went to Lexus of Stevens Creek on 1/2/2026. I wanted to celebrate the New Year with the purchase of a nice car. My old car is pretty worn out and quite a sight to see. I haven't bought a car in quite a few years. When I walked in, I met Steve Yi. He is extremely personable and immediately asked me what type of car I was looking for. He was a great listener and had a selection of 5 similar cars for me to choose from. I do not live locally & the drive to this dealership is about an hour & a half away from me. I loved the car in the pictures but it was difficult because sometimes photos don't match real life. I had many questions for Chau as I did not want to drive all that way without being properly informed & confident I would make the purchase. Chau was very friendly, experienced, professional & answered all my questions. He was communicative without being pushy. Also, this dealership did its due diligence making sure this car was in tip top shape before sale (per carfax). A few days later the dealership followed up with me & I was passed onto a manager. We were discussing pricing and he was supposed to call me back with more information but he never did. Unfortunately the car sold the next day.
