    Customer service sucks. I did an online application four hours ago. Spoke to Maria a nasty girl with an attitude telling me about some privacy crap meanwhile I did the application online and all she keeps telling me is you have to come down in person , well before I come down in person tell me if I qualify for something so I'm not wasting my time, I'm a business owner, and Lord knows I would not hire that girl. Then tells me we ran the app and you would need $10,000 down and we are charging above MSRP. Take a look at this crap then advertised. That's deff false advertising. Maybe I should sue for false advertising? Saving all this info to start a class action, feel free to message me if you want to join the class action for false advertising.

    I went to this location on Saturday, 11/12/22 with plans to purchase/lease a Ford. The cars I was interested in looking at (Ford Edge ST or Titanium & Ford Escape Titanium) were NOT on their property. I saw a Ford Escape Basic in their showroom, but that was not helpful because it did not display any of the features that I wanted. I spoke to the Gerard, sales rep diligently about what I wanted in my vehicle and how much I wanted my monthly payment to be. I asked him to provide me with the TOTAL cost which included EVERYTHING!!! After speaking with his finance team, he comes back to me with a quote on a Ford Escape Titanium (remember now, I haven't seen any vehicles) that is MORE than the monthly payment I wanted. I was very upset and walked out to get some air. When I returned, one of the Finance guys, named Moe came to me and had a conversation. He stated that if I could put a couple thousand more dollars down, they could make my money payments close to where I wanted to be. So, I did. Mind you, I still haven't seen ANY vehicles because they didn't have any on their lot. Long story short, I gave them a good faith deposit and was waiting for them to bring the vehicle(s) over from their sister location on Long Island. The vehicle still had NOT reached the location by Monday, 11/14/22 at 2pm when I arrived there to see it. Gerard told me lie after lie about the vehicle being transported. I stated to him that I was no longer interested in a Ford Escape at all because I believe it would be too small and that I would prefer another Ford Edge (since that is the vehicle I currently have). He walks to his finance team to discuss and returns to me stating that they said, it's too late, I cannot change my mind. Are they serious right now???!!! I can change my mind about ANY VEHICLE I WANT TO PURCHASE/LEASE!!! I have NOT SIGNED ANY documentation!!!! When I state to Gerard that I CAN IN FACT change my mind, the finance guy (whose name I didn't get) told him that I can switch to the Ford Edge but I would have to make sure that I have my first months payment when I sign the documents. Now mind you, they ALREADY have thousands of my dollars as a down payment, so I had ABSOLUTELY no intentions on giving ANY more money. That first payment should have been included in the money they received from me. Nonetheless, I DID NOT PURCHASE a vehicle from them for several reasons, but MAIN one is that they DID NOT HAVE what I wanted (not even at their sister location)!!! Therefore I stated to them that I am no longer interested in purchasing from them and I wanted a refund. They have declined to give me a refund and I had to contact Ford Motor Company to report them, as well as Motor Vehicle & my credit card company, who is investigating them. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! They DO NOT have your best interest at heart!!! They will try to FORCE you into a vehicle you REALLY don't want & DEFINITELY DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY until you have SEEN & EXAMINED the vehicle you are interested in!!! They will LIE and tell you that they will get the vehicle from their sister location & then say that they had to purchase it on your behalf. I am STILL fitting to get my deposit back!!!! TRUST ME!!!! YOUR HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

    Scam-prices are not real. Internet price is with money down and financing through them. Otherwise overpriced

    I brought a glitchy RadCity Bike to Edgewares in hopes of getting it fixed. I had just had a bad…read moreexperience at another bike shop where I was told it would be worked on quickly, then 2 hours later they "still hadn't heard from their e-bike mechanic" who was running late I work or something. So I brought the bike back to brooklyn and to Edgewares. The owner of the shop stopped what he was doing to come take a cursory look. When the battery was fizzing he knew there was a bigger issue so instead of promising a quick turn around he said he wanted to find the real problem but it could take time, and he'd follow up with an estimate. I appreciated the quick review and honest timeline. I got a call later that he had discovered some glitchy wires that may have also been shorting the battery and he had contacted rad wagon and found it. It was under warranty and was able to get me a replacement bike. I was floored! I was happy to pay for set up of the new bike as they had put a lot of time into it. When I realize I had forgotten the key lock for the battery when picking up the new bike they came to my house a mile and a half away to pick it up. It was incredible customer service. I have two ebikes and kid bikes and this place will be my go to for servicing in the future !
