Folks, I moved here about a year ago and a friend needed a ride to get his car looked at.......and met Keith at this service shop. My friend had great things to say. Since then I have been in to see Keith a few times and here is my review: DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Are you concerned about being treated fairly? Worried about getting a quote that is expensive and not sure it's needed? Well these guys are the real deal. This was proven again today when I brought my vehicle in with a wierd HVAC issue.......Keith took the time in my scheduled appointment, (they are busy folks - need to make and appointment unless perhaps its deemed an emergency at their discretion) to LISTEN TO WHAT I HAD TO SHARE and then try and discern what is up. Another shop had quoted me nearly 600 to repair a part that was not the primary issue. My problem? It was actually a 10.00 fuse. Now before you laugh at me for not checking a fuse the issue was not a system that was OFF. It was on and then off....on and off....fan, no fan.....fuses are normally in place or they are blown. Well not this one. New fuse, HVAC fixed. Done. Keith and team are a truly fair and decent people, SRQ has a gem here. read more

Someone recommended us to Steve's Auto repair my son took his car cuz he was leaking coolant fluid they told us that they needed to replace the radiator plus a hose and it would be $600.when they called us to pick it up they told us that they needed to replace another hose which was two more hundred dollars and then we had a key reprogrammed which was another $200 so the total bill was $1,00 0. 2 Days later the coolant was still leaking and we took it back to them and when they fixed it they told us he was going to be another $600! First of all if they needed to replace another hose they should have called us before replacing it number one number two we paid $800 to get the car repaired and then they have the audacity to charge us $6,400 the radiator probably didn't even need to be replaced or the hoses I don't know what the problem was but it certainly wasn't a 1600 fix! And I had also taken my car to get my brakes checked because they were squeaking they charged me a hundred and some dollars I don't know $125 to tell me there was nothing wrong with my brakes no I'm a woman and I'm a blonde but I'm not stupid okay so the fact that I get screwed over so badly I would never ever take my car back there again and I wouldn't recommend anybody else taking their car there they didn't even apologize for the fact that we had spent $800 on a repair that wasn't even fixed!!!!!!!! I took my daughter's 2001 Infiniti I30 in for what I thought would be an alternator due to recently replacing the battery. Keith diagnosed it as having a bad terminal. Although this was my first visit I feel as though they are honest and upfront without attempting to gauge the customer. read more
