Ok so this place is awesome if you want to sell your car to them. I was approached by Mohammed and Hazem over text for $21k on a car with 91k miles. The interaction with them even before walking in was super respectful and they were very patient because I couldn't sell right away. But even though they weren't there when I walked in, their colleague Danny helped me out with the deal and he was as great as Mohammed and Hazem. They do real inspections of the car. And when they come back, they show you pictures of the problem. And they tell you an offer. I asked if they can do more and they did budge a bit more but couldn't get close to the original $21k offer due to two issues I wasn't aware of (so that's very respectable). they also didn't significantly drop their offer NOR did they make it sound like you had a trashy car , just because of the two issues (one with the tire and leaking axel ). The process is easy. 45 min inspection. Paperwork took another 30 mins, negotiating can increase your time there. You sign all the documents to allow them to do the dmv paperwork. And don't worry if you have a lien on your car, they do the math and cut you the check based on what you owe and they handle it with your lender. They are very friendly and super nice. The facility is super clean and welcoming. They had the TVs set to the World Cup matches.

Just for an oil change, I waited over 3 hours with little to no communication unless I asked for an update. Every time I've made an appointment here, I'm never actually seen at my scheduled time. I'm a very understanding and patient customer, but when it's consistently hours past your appointment, it becomes frustrating. I'd say if you schedule any service here, don't plan anything else for the day because you'll likely be waiting a long time. It's better to come expecting a full-day wait. The staff is nice, and I do appreciate the service advisors, but I'm just being honest about the wait times.

1 Star - Stay away from STG Auto Group Bought an Acura RDX here on 3/13/26 and it was hands down the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. They lied about add-ons being mandatory, claiming we needed them to get a lower interest rate. That's not true. I even found paperwork during signing that clearly said the add-ons were optional. When I questioned it, the salesperson literally admitted he doesn't like working there because of how they do business. They also told me dealers can't mark up interest rates in California anymore, which is false. Later, someone from their team accidentally confirmed the bank approved me at a LOWER rate than what I was given. We put $5,000 down ($2,700 cash), and they refused to give a receipt for the cash. The car had a brake issue the SAME DAY we drove it home (braking on its own + warning light). It's now been in their shop for almost 3 weeks with: no updates conflicting stories constant runaround I was hung up on by their finance manager and even dealt with someone who gave me info and later turned out they have me a name of someone that did not even work there. This place has zero integrity. Just pressure tactics, lies, and terrible service after the sale. Save yourself the headache--go somewhere else. These guys are scammers: Sales: Georgio (should be how you spell it) Sales Manager: Anthony (bald with tattoos on his neck) Financial Manager: Chris A. (Very childish when speaking to you, over talks you and hangs up on you mid conversation) Fake guy: Tony Suarez

Jayden was a dream to work with. Was able to get me a higher offer on my vehicle when I sold it to STG.

Best experience I've had at a dealership so far! Shane is a great dude with outstanding customer…read moreservice. He only puts the best of the best on that lot and hooked it up for me with a solid Mercedes G63 AMG. As advertised car runs and looks like new. Shane was honest, had me look at the car and paint in all different lighting, gave a thorough test drive and has some super awesome warranty options. Highly recommend, will definitely come back here for more in the future!

Westin and his father Shane run a small used car dealership together. You can expect what you've…read morelearned to expect with dealerships, no better and no worst. I purchased a 2022 Gray Mustang GT with 27k miles in July of 2026. When I arrived with pre-approved financing from my credit union, Westin started pressuring me to finance through their preferred lender instead before I even had a chance to look the car over. He told me I wouldn't be able to drive the car home that day if I went with my own financing because of DMV hoops. Understandable, as I am aware this is a tactic dealers use to push a sale. However, it made me feel an elevated level of pressure. I was in love with the car and willing to refinance after the purchase, but I will deduct half a star for this. I will deduct another half for this: I brought a friend who is a professional mechanic with Toyota to check the car out. Before the test drive, he alerted me to a leaking rear differential and low motor oil levels. During the drive, we noticed the rear-view camera wasn't working and a tire pressure monitor warning was lit. When asked about these issues, Shane told us the camera had an active recall and that the car had just been serviced (including a rebuilt transmission) with Puente Hills Ford, but they didn't have the parts to fix the camera and there was nothing to worry about with regards to the rear differential and low motor oil. My friend knows what he knows, and I found it odd that a vehicle would have low, dirty motor oil right after a major dealership service. The test drive itself sold me. A 5.0 Mustang has long been my dream car, and the after-market Borla exhaust (never mentioned online or during calls) was a sound I could never get tired of. My friend strongly advised me to take the car to a dealer to check the issues while it was still under warranty. Because it was, I went ahead with the purchase. The financing with their lender was quick and easy, done in about 45 minutes. Shane even threw in 300 bucks in cash to get the tire pressure monitors replaced (which I discovered later at Ford would cost about $700). I used his cash towards the down payment. There was an active recall for the rear view camera, which settled me on that issue, and overall the experience at Kutsch was smooth. I understand they are trying to sell cars, but I would appreciate more transparency. If you are not lucky enough to have a pro mechanic with you, or purchase a car that is out of warranty, you might get fleeced. This is true for any used car dealership. After purchasing the car I took it to my local Ford dealer, Ford of Montebello, for a diagnostic check. When the tech opened the hood he right away told me the car smelled like it was burning oil, explaining the low levels. The car spent 2 weeks at the dealer. The rear differential was indeed leaking fluid and had to be serviced, the engine had a bad front crankshaft seal that was leaking oil, and the transmission was actually fine and working like new. The recalls were taken care of, and I decided to ignore the tire pressure monitor warning since it is nothing major. All of this work would have cost about 7K if the car was out of warranty. I didn't pay a dime, but I did lose the car for 2 weeks. I also refinanced their 8.1% rate, no extended warranty or GAP, for my 5.3% rate w/GAP and extended warranty, and lowered my overall interest by about 4k. At the end of it all, I am really happy with my purchase and the overall ease with the process. There were no hidden fees or markups, which I did expect because of the Borla exhaust, but nope, none of that. The price advertised was the price I payed. No negative feelings towards Kutsch, Shane, or Westin, and I thank them both for their business, but you have to be careful. These dudes are overall friendly, and they do have a great selection of performance and luxury vehicles on their lot if you want something with lots of horsepower. I am enjoying the car, getting about a million smiles per gallon!
