I told him that if he needed help to mount the TVs once he placed the mounts on the wall to give me a shout. I went downstairs, and barely heard him working. He worked so quietly that my nervous pup didn't even bark or get anxious. Marcus worked fast, told me he was done, and he had the TVs mounted on the wall. I always contact multiple contractors for my each of my home improvement project. Over time, I have realized a reliable and reasonable priced contractor is hard to come by. I talked to three contractors before I settled with STI Garage Doors. I was so impressed by their service and the quality of work. Sergey responded to my inquiry the next day and provided me an quote on-site. after thorough evaluation. His quote is the lowest among all three quotes I received. I contracted him right on the spot. They came to install my new garage doors the next day. Because my garage was built poorly years ago, the installation was quite challenging. It took Robert and his helper well over 6 hours to finish the job. Robert told me, usually, it takes about 2 hours to install a new garage door, but he took as much time as needed to make sure mine are installed properly. Sunday morning and there was bang from down stairs, checked outside and no smoke, checked the furnace and that was working so we thought the heck was that an carried on. Came to open up the garage door and it would not go up. "GREAT," just what we need on at 9.00am on Sunday. Cars stuck in the garage and no way of opening it. What does every one do in these circumstances, get on google and read the reviews and hope for the best. Called STI garage services and they said they would be there in a couple of hours. Sure enough I got a call to say they would be there in 40 minutes and 40 minutes later got a knock on the door. The gentlemen that came out were professional, clean and gave me a price for both springs and had the parts on the truck. Be careful about this company. I called to the company to come and fix the rattling of my garage door. They said on the phone, they will be coming soon and they did. Tony came and with very loud voice keep repeating that he is the owner of the company and his name is Tony. I told him; why are you shouting, you can slow down. He had something in his ears that; he was listening to music or something else. In the first couple minutes, that he saw my garage door without turning it on, he told me that he has to replace the entire garage door, and it is not repairable. He was in hurry to go someplace else. I told him that I like to get a second opinion. The next guy came and fix the garage door in 1 1/2 hours and warranty it for the next three years. read more

Have lived in my newly built home for 1 1/2 years and have finally gotten around to buying a garage door opener. Bought my opener at Home Depot and then emailed companies on Yelp for a price quote. Sergey from STI Garage Door responded quickly via email and was very reasonably priced. I had no power at my home for the original install date and was easily able to make another appointment for 2 days later. The Sergey and another guy arrived promptly as scheduled and installed the opener in about an hour or so. The opener I purchased from Home Depot was missing a part (the "door-opener" button) and Sergey was kind enough to give me one that he had in his truck and it was even better than the one that came (or did not come) with the opener. read more

Please don't take this lightly. If you need a trustworthy and a professional company to take care of your Garage door issues, please call folks at STI Garage Door. I called them and everything just happened so quickly. Anatolly arrived the next day and was extremely polite, professional and explained the whole process to me. He provided me with the two options and did not force anything on me. He was able to fix the spring immediately but took time to adjust my garage door sensors and service some of the parts. I was extremely delighted and appreciative of his work and would highly recommend STI Garage Door to all my friends. I ordered Pella garage door on-line and after reading the instructions, I decided that the job would be best handled by a professional. STI arrived on time and installed the door in two hours. This included the time that it took one of the installers to drive somewhere to get several replacement parts that allowed the door to be installed in my garage (I have a low ceiling and the rails shipped were too tall, and secondly the twisting coil mechanism would not work with a low ceiling along with a garage door opener. Sergey came right out, spent an hour talking through the estimate, and set a date a week later to do the actual repairs. They showed up on time with all the right materials, and worked all day. The new doors look and work great. When I found one minor item that needed a tweak, Sergey came right back out on a Saturday and fixed it right the first time.
