All I ordered was 2 items. Why did it take 45 minutes? The customer service was terrible. All teenagers, none of them have any sense of urgency to prepare the food in time. While I'm waiting a man came up and said his order was wrong. Another couple waiting with me were given there food and I heard them arguing that the tray they were given had been sitting there for a long time and if that was there's why they didn't get it sooner. Once my order was finally done, the cashier was just casually talking to the chef and finally I had to say "sir, can I get my food?" For him to remember I had been (by then) impatiently waiting. I am never going there again! Terrible! Just terrible. Plenty of better, sit down, fine dining options where you don't have to wait 45 minutes! Also want to add, they offer free Thai iced tea for a yelp review- so a lot of the 5 star reviews could be for that reason and that reason only! read more

My husband usually orders the Drunken Noodles and fried chicken, and those have always been his go-to favorites. I recently tried the new Sticky Mango Smoothie, which I had been seeing all over social media. It was really good and definitely lived up to the hype, but it is also very heavy for a drink. It's basically mango sticky rice blended into smoothie form, so the sticky rice makes it extra rich and filling. Delicious, but almost a meal on its own. Service has always been friendly. You can order directly from the cashier or use one of their two self-service tablet kiosks, which is convenient when the counter is busy. One thing to keep in mind is that everything is made to order, so be prepared to wait. On one visit, my husband waited about 45 minutes for the food. The quality is good, but this is not the place to stop if you are in a hurry. Since Sticky Mango is inside Haven City Market, parking can also be difficult during busy days and peak hours. The food hall is very popular, so the lot fills up quickly. Overall, Sticky Mango is a solid spot for flavorful food and unique drinks. I absolutely love mango sticky rice and I'm always trying to get it at Thai restaurants lol The sad part, is that most of the time restaurants don't have it or they are out of one of the ingredients. It's odd that they renamed this Thai spot and are now hyper focusing on desserts, but don't forget this place has major street cred with their regular food. I was craving rice noodles and this joint delivered. Sticky Mango is inside the Haven City Market food hall. It's towards the back, leading to the outdoor patio. Refills are free, the soda fountain is easy to access. I'll definitely add this to my list of top Thai spots in the IE. Let's do an event here Yelp! great spot for a sweet treat! it is tucked on one of the sides of haven city market right near the outdoor seating area. love ordering screens to see pictures of all the food. service took about 10-15 minutes. all the smoothies were delicious and my personal favorite was the mango strawberry. i love how they all have actual mango chunks in it and not just mango puree. the thai tea one overpowers the sticky mango taste a bit but was still delicious as a drink. definitely want to try the other options here! read more

Bad food and terrible service. Ordered a 4-piece fried chicken and it so salty, to the point that it was inedible. The largest piece was a wing and the other three were about the size of small chicken fingers, so why did it take an entire 30 minutes for the order to be ready? I could see 4 people working, and 3 of them just dilly dallied around socializing with each other. When asked how much longer it would be, the guy at the counter literally said, "I don't know, I'm not back there cooking it." If you think that's how to run a business, good luck! read more

Same amazing staff, same super great service, and same excellent foods. However, menu has changed with some dishes removed and new dishes added. They now have more drinks and desserts options. Cool! I came here on a Saturday night to pick up a few Thai dishes for my youngest daughter and myself. Thai Basil, Drunken Noodles, and Pad Thai all with chicken are our go-to(s). Flavor and taste were on point. Great wok cooking. Portions were more than adequate. SO GOOD! Definitely would get them again and again! I also got one Ube Thai Tea. It was good, but would have loved more ube. I feel the Thai tea overpowered the ube. I will try their other specialty Thai tea drinks and mango sticky rice on my next visit. Would absolutely recommend! Went on the Thursday afternoon at around 4pm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got the Pad See Ew with tofu, the 3pc Fried Chicken Combo, the Matcha Sticky Mango Smoothie, and the Mango Refresher. The overall meal was fantastic. The curry sauce for the fried chicken was a standout and the pad see ew was so flavorful. They treated the tofu as a protein and not just an afterthought. Both were decently portioned for the price point. If you're wary of spice though, I would be careful with their chili oil. I absolutely loved it, but it definitely packs a punch! The drinks we got balanced out the savory-ness of the dishes and pretty much doubled as desserts. You could actually taste the matcha in the smoothie and the mango in both drinks were deliciously ripe. The only negative is that it made you want to order more food lol read more

The Thai Basil dish was on the oily side and the white rice it came with tasted like day old rice, so it was disappointing. However, I was surprised that the fried chicken pieces were huge. The chicken was really crispy and juicy, it came with curry sauce on the side that honestly was the highlight of the meal.
