The owner continued to be aggressive with me, talking over me, only sarcastically apologizing when I asked him if he thought this inconvenience to me as a customer warranted an apology, and actually hung up on me at one point. When I called back and asked if he had hung up on me or been disconnected, he laughed and said he had hung up on me. As a woman, I steer clear of men who are as aggressive and unapologetic as that owner was. We all know the kind. Nothing is ever their fault.
