Either one of two things needs to happen. They either need to close at the time that they say they're going to close. Or they can change the time on the door to 8:30 since they want to close and lock the door at 8:30, even though, their website and their door says they are open until 8:45. Won't be coming back, they obviously don't care. Never answers the phone and if you do happen to make it in at 8:30 expect to wait in a 30 person line. read more

stiiizy as a brand NEVER AGAIN!! 25% FAILURE rate! The pod idea is great but the product sucks big time. I've bought several different pods different strains & flavors. When it works it's great, when it doesn't it really sucks. I have all the stiiizy paraphernalia, probably $300-500 worth. Never again, they don't back their product, can't even get ahold of anyone! I have no idea which store I've purchased products from. One stiiizy store says the warranty is only 7 days! WHAT, are you kidding me? I'don't even know what store I purchase the pod at and I'm supposed to keep the receipt? I have 12 pods with different flavors & strains at various levels of use. I also have 4 pods that are either new or GT 3/4 full that don't work at all. When I take it to a store they ask for the receipt and when did I buy it? How am I supposed to know? I like 1 so I spend $35-$55 for EACH ONE and now I have 4 TOTALLY BAD pods that don't do $41T! Talk about a bad product with no backing or backbone from the company. Went to the store yesterday they don't have anything left except their old expired Stacy brand it's so infused you can't even smoke half the joint because it gets clogged. I don't understand what's going on with this store. They closing down going out of business or what I know they have a lot of lawsuits, but Just go ahead and close down if you're not going to carry anything except old weed that was a waste of time every time I go here it's a waste of time to keep saying the orders coming in. Incompetence 1 Customer Service 0 I went online to Weedmaps and ordered 8 grams of my favorite shatter from Stiiizy Pacheco a little after 9am. At 9:16 I received a text telling me,"Hang tight... we'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup" At 11:23 I received another text that said " Your order is ready for pickup. Don't forget to bring your photo ID." When I got to the dispensary I was told they did not have the product I ordered. There was no attempt to rectify the situation by offering a similar replacement or even giving me a free joint. It was like "screw you". I realize it's hard to provide the superb customer service I receive from Brie and all of the other budtenders at One Plant in Antioch (she's so good she calls or texts me when they get a new stock of the same product I ordered from Stiiizy Pacheco) but all I ask is that you treat me the same way you would want to be treated if you were the customer. Unethical company in Pacheco. Bought product and it had mold on it. One cannot tell it has mold because you are not allowed to inspect inside the store. The moment a customer walks out ... you just bought yourself MOLDY product and you cannot exchange it. Their product is faulty and Stiiizy will not exchange for a usable product. With so many dispensaries locally there's no reason to come here for mediocre service. I can totally see why the associates act so terribly they have Garretsen (Not sure on the spelling) the manager promoting this behavior as adequate. This was our first time coming here and we should have not based on the low star reviews and on how the security treats their customers. I wouldn't even give this place a thought let alone a single star rating after our experience. They discriminate on who gets to use the restrooms and check at the front doors. I witnessed this last night after coming in the customer behind me, the security guard just let right in. The guard asked him if he's ever been there before he said "No." clapped hands with him and pointed where to go. It's was different for me and my client. The icing on the cake was when this particular security guard (he's the shortest guy there) mind you they do not look the part or remotely professional at all, nothing says or shows "security guard" on their personal uniforms, they both look a hot mess and sloppy. One of them who has a permit to carry a firearm, its damn near falling off his belt, safety on and what I assume not charged either. Would you want these type of people protecting your businesses? I guess you get what you pay for when hiring these low budget agencies. They really gave this place a bad rep especially the short guy. He wouldn't let me use the restroom telling me he can't let me in there because they do not work; after I just witnessed some one walking out prior to me asking. I went to ask one of the guys behind the counter and he told me they are not out of order and go right ahead. It's these type of people especially providing "security"for a classy company like this that will run this business to the ground. I don't know what it was with this security guard issue that night with me, either it was the way we or I looked, our handicap or what we shopped for. He should have not treated me or any one like that. Who knows how many other costumers he's treated like this and then decided they will not be coming back. We will not be coming back I can tell you that now, we're not going to suggest this place to any one and we will tell our friends and other dispensaries about our experience. I strongly suggest taking your business anywhere else but here. Their are racist, stereotypes and judgmental people out here! What are you doing to help fight against it them?
