I was gifted a certificate from my (nearby) employer and decided to use it with a healthy does of trepidation as I'd be taking a risk on a new stylist. Alissa greeted me with authentic high energy which remained consistent throughout. Her stylistic flare communicated an unspoken willingness to get creative and she did just that, listening intently to my vision and executed quite brilliantly. I spent a small fortune here for a no-chip manicure, pedicure and spray tan. I've had countless no-chip manicures and all of them have lasted for 10-14 days. The no-chip that I had done on Thursday night had chipped on 6 nails by Monday. (I didn't use any cleaning agents or anything abnormal this weekend for this to happen.) So for $45 dollars, I had a sloppy (painted over cuticles) no-chip that lasted only 3 days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). The receptionist was also unfriendly and unprofessional. If I were to return to this salon, the only reason would be to see Kirsten for a pedicure. She was great, but the price for the pedicure was way too high. read more

I personally know Kelly, one of the owners. She is awesome and will bend over backward to make sure your spa day is perfect. I was in for a massage this morning, Krystal was on a mission to get rid of every knot she could find, and came back in the afternoon for a color from Curtis. Stile is a top notch salon. I have gone several times and Jodi is fabulous! I was in over the weekend for a shampoo and style - I LOVE the way she does my hair! The salon is clean and everyone is very friendly. It is very expensive, but you get what you pay for. I have never tried the other services but have been very pleased when I've had my hair cut, colored and styled. I would use Stile regularly if it wasn't so expensive. read more

I threw my sisters bachelorette party here and used the private room. They let me bring all my food beverage and decor and come in the night before to set everything up. They have a full kitchen so we could refrigerate everything and serve hot food from the oven. Literally can't say enough nice things about the staff. my husband got me a gift certificate for Christmas for Stile. Well i can say it was the worst gift yet . not his fault . I came in for my appt. at 1145 to have nails put on. was in a rush because i was leaving out of state by5. it took till 140 for my nails. wasnt rushing i wanted them to look nice. I get to our Hotel that night and notice 2 nails were not even glued down . when i got back in town i called to have them removed . i just didnt trust the work done. the manager tried to talk me into keeping them . Its not what i wanted. she told me she couldnt offer refund because the nail tech had already been paid . and they dont do credits. While having my nails removed she kept calling my by the wrong name and told me she would offer another service . well that didnt happen either she had a client come in and i was swept aside . boils my blood to think i left a $19 tip and paid $68 to have the hassle i did. I took my daughter and 6 of her friends there for her 16th birthday this past Saturday. The girls each had a manicure and were treated with a chocolate fountain bar with fruit and treats. It was a wonderful and memorable experience for my daughter and her friends. The staff took care of each girl and made them feel special. They did a wonderful job accommodating our party. If you want to lose your hair - go here! The girl decided to straighten my hair with a brush instead of with a blow dryer and ending up pulling my hair out -- piles of it!! One third of my hair!!! I asked her to stop and said it hurt but she kept doing it. In the end, the other staff was so horrified by what she did to me that I left and did not have to pay but I never got an apology or a call from the manager as I had asked. Yeah, they want to be unique and different in the way they approach styles but when your customer is on pain and I was crying - use common sense! I never post bad reviews hardly ever. I started going to Brittany, and I went to her for a solid 6 months and was happy with my results even though the price was a lot steeper than I'm used to paying. I loved the experience there, and also liked the fact they use goldwell products. At the time I had long dark dark brown hair, I was between a 2-3 in color. I asked this stylist for a soft ombré. I swear she put the lightener on me, and forgot. I sat under the dryer for 45ish minutes. She came and got me finally then when I was done, I was literally in tears. I still paid her because I'm not one to complain. My hair was fried and orange, I'm not being sarcastic it was fried and a golden/orange. Brittany didn't say a word, and she had to see it was fried but acted like everything was normal. I called stile the next day and told them, the lady at the front desk said oh we can get you in next Wednesday. What? I'm not walking around like this for a week. So I found another salon. I ended up having to chop off my long hair up to my collar bone after trying to salvage it, but was unable. and they of course also fixed my color. read more

I have been going to Stile for over two years. My Stylist is Jodi. She does an excellent job with color. I have lived in TX. 18 yrs. and FL. 7 yrs. I was use to stylists that were very familiar with coloring and high lighting hair. It took me several years to find Jodi, who was recommended to me by a friend. She is very knowledgeable about working with blonde hair and high lighting! Finally, I have found someone that can color and high light my hair, yet maintain a very natural look. Besides her professional abilities, she is so flexible with her time and always works to get me in for an appointment. She's the best! I recommend her to all of my friends!! read more

this place has the worst service ever! When I arrived for my appointment 2 Saturdays ago they had forgotten to call and tell me that my stylist was not working there anymore and my appointment had been canceled. I rescheduled for the following weekend. This past weekend I showed up on time to be told by my stylist that he was running 30 minutes late... after waiting 45 minutes the receptionist told me that the entire salon had run out of bleach and would not be able to do my highlights at all. she finished by telling me as she walked away that she had seen on the Victoria secret runway show that all the models had roots and that they were "in." I was not approached by the owner at all and when I told the receptionist how disappointed I was and that I would never return she replied "I know..." DO NOT GO HERE! they do not respect a clients time at all! read more

The products are on the pricey side but they went out of their way to help me find the best for my finicky hair. I agree...stay away! This salon completely lacks professionalism. A man cut my hair who continued to use profanity as he conversated with me. Also, he was running behind, so I had to wait over 45 minutes for him. I received no apology for the inconvience. To top it off, I hate the cut. The "stylist" seemed like he was off in another land while cutting my hair...he was looking out the window, checking his email, ordering food, and continually disappeared in the middle of my cut. I'm not sure he knew I was an actual living breathing customer who was paying for a service. This salon is pricey. If they want to charge top notch prices, then they need to learn to provide top notch service. read more
