This bar is so beautiful and has ample seating choices. The service is attentive and everything comes out quickly. We did get a few drinks which were good (very very strong!!!) but the star of the show was the calamari! By far the best calamari I've ever had!

Hotel bar. Awesome bartenders!! Had a smoked old fashioned that was very good. These guys are on point! Bar food looks like it comes from the restaurant so it was pretty good. Pizza was pretty tasty One of the better hotel bars.

What a cutesy little lounge/bar inside the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. Came here the other night to meet up with some friends visiting from Washington. They were staying at this resort and had invited me to come over to hang out. The bar was easy to find. Just walk right in through the lobby, up the escalator to the second floor and boom it's right there to the left. Soon as I arrived, I sat right down on their comfortable lounge chairs as I waited for my friends to come down from their room. They have a full bar but wanted to try one of their signature drinks. I ordered the bitter pineapple old fashioned which was smoky and delicious. And strong too! They offer light bites and appetizers big enough to share among the five of us. We ordered the fried calamari, salumi (which is comparable to a charcuterie board) and the la margherita and Amare flatbreads. Food was great and the atmosphere was pretty chill and relaxed. It's a great hang out spot if you're staying here at the resort. It's perfect for a night cap after spending a day at the parks. And they're open from 330pm- midnight!

Walking into this stairway of modern heaven you can find Stir at the very top. The ambiance sets the tone of a tropical luxurious get away. Hats off to the architect and designer who truly has an eye for beauty. This was my very first time and our bartender Cloud made quite the impression. He was friendly , kind and full of jokes. I also wanted too recognize his manager who closed as well, he was very hands on and kind! This is the perfect place to stop for a late night mocktail, cocktail or a late night bite with your favorite person.

Stir is the great lobby bar and restaurant at the Swan Reserve! The space is clean, fresh and open yet not loud with its location in the main space of the hotel. The service at the bar is amazing. They have a great selection of liquors, wine and draft beers. Stir definitely sets the tone for how great this hotel is.

Looking for a cocktail in a comfortable setting in the Disney Epcot/ Boardwalk area? This is the place. Located in the Swan Reserve we stumbled on this great nook after walking around the Boardwalk and surrounding hotels that were jammed with dinners. The lounges all around were loud and bright and we were looking for a quieter hard to find spot. This was perfect. Beautiful bar but also a lot of comfortable lounge seating . We didn't order any food but saw both a burger and the roasted bruschetta come out and it looked fantastic. Very Attentive Bar staff but gran your drink and sit as there wasn't an assigned lounge waiter. I had to try the smoking pineapple new fashioned and it was a great pour!

We arrived hungry and decided to try several food options, and I have no complaints. Everything was beautifully plated, tasted fresh, and was full of flavor. The dishes also paired wonderfully with our drinks. Reservations are highly recommended, and window seats can be difficult to get. That said, I loved the interior décor. Disney did an excellent job designing the space--it feels like an upscale, contemporary version of Epcot. This may be my favorite lounge on Disney property. We visited at night during a red moon. After my second drink, I felt the spirit of Walt Disney speaking to me. He recommended another drink and suggested mixing some honey and mustard with a piece of bread, then layering it with prosciutto, mozzarella, and a black olive. It completely blew my mind. He then recommended another drink, and for a brief moment, I found myself standing with Walt on top of Spaceship Earth. He put his arm around my shoulder, leaned in, and asked if I happened to have the time. It was a moment I'll never forget. Either that, or the drinks were stronger than advertised.

We were seated along the back wall with a booth and chair. Our server Miguel came over right away to greet us and drop off some waters. The inside is beautiful with lots of nods to Spaceship earth and some pretty cool views of the park. We were there for lunch and just enjoyed each others company. They have some small plates and we tried the charcuterie board, mushroom flatbread, and ham croquettes. All were good in their own way and I would order each of them again if we head back. There were a lot of drinks with a variety of liquors for different folks. They also have a full bar, so if you don't see it on the menu ask - I did and got an expresso martini which was delicious. We really enjoyed our food and drinks, but we felt that the chairs were a little uncomfortable. They felt too high or the table too low to be comfortable. It is a higher price point, which we do not mind, but it is not going to be something we are alwasy going to do (especially since we can't always come without the kids). It ended up a great date day at the park.

It looks so small on the outside but it's a big establishment. Based on aesthetics it looks really amazing. Our bartender was really nice and charismatic, talking to everyone at the bar table. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel compelled to…read moreshare it. From the moment we arrived, we felt unfairly judged. As the hostess walked away from our table, she commented that our group was going to be "nothing but a problem." The basis for that assumption? One member of our party had simply helped clear and organize the table to make the seating process easier and faster for the staff. Yes, we were a lively group. We were on vacation, having a great time at Disney, laughing and enjoying each other's company. What we were not was intoxicated. The situation escalated when one of our friends was accused of being drunk and our entire party of 10 was asked to leave. The problem is that she wasn't intoxicated at all. What makes this especially troubling is that our friend has worked incredibly hard to maintain her sobriety and recently celebrated 12 months alcohol-free through AA. To be publicly accused of being drunk after reaching such a significant milestone was humiliating, heartbreaking, and completely unnecessary. When we brought our concerns to the General Manager, Scott, we expected leadership. We expected someone who would take a moment to assess the situation, listen to both sides, and use his own judgment. Instead, he simply stated that he trusted his employees and made no effort to independently evaluate what had happened. A manager's job isn't to blindly accept accusations. A manager's job is to gather facts, assess the situation, and make informed decisions. In this case, Scott failed to do that. As a result, the restaurant lost a party of 10 customers. More importantly, they deeply hurt someone who has spent the last year fighting for her sobriety. That's the part of this experience we won't forget. Everyone makes mistakes. Great restaurants acknowledge them, learn from them, and treat people with dignity. Unfortunately, this experience was defined by assumptions, poor judgment, and a complete lack of empathy from both the staff and management.
