The night we visited, no events occurred but the owner did mention they have live music and other events regularly. An overall cute spot I'd return to.

They describe themself as gay/queer bar in their own description, however, I (a man) was kissing another man and was told by the bouncer (who was wearing a pride bracelet) that we had to stop because it was making people uncomfortable. With the dance bar vibes and being a 'gay bar', it's wildly confusing that someone in leadership must be homophobic and could direct the bouncer to tell two gay men to stop kissing. For what it's worth, I've enjoyed the drinks that I've had here. But the bar clearly doesn't know what it wants to be...and based upon my experience, it certainly isn't a safe space for the queer community.

Amazing Service and Great Drinks!…read more After a really disappointing experience at a bar called Stella's nearby, we decided to check out The Apartment Lounge, and it turned out to be the best decision of the night! When we mentioned the poor service we received at Stella's, the staff at The Apartment Lounge immediately apologized on their behalf (even though it wasn't their fault!) and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The atmosphere was welcoming, the drinks were so much better than what we had at Stella's, and the service was exceptional. Special shout out to Matty, our bartender, who was not only friendly and attentive but also mixed up some incredible cocktails! They completely turned our night around. Highly recommend The Apartment Lounge for anyone looking for great vibes and excellent service! They even gave us popcorn and candy. So that's a definite win! lol
